I think there might be a problem with guava leaf tea: I made some couple days ago and noticed that after using it, even initially, I felt sluggish, my lower legs, which are never an issue bothered me and felt a little stiff. So I listened to the info again and I think I recognize why that happened.
The narrator talked about guava leaf tea being good for dengue fever. One big problem with dengue fever is bleeding that is difficult to control, so you need some additional clotting factors. But if you do not have dengue fever why do you want to add clotting factors? Especially for older people, it is the opposite of what you need.
