I have PTSD and I have extreme guilt and shame, and I have been reclusive and avoiding relationships because of severe emotional trauma.But ASMR has really helped me feel like I'm loved and God loves me. You could try unclogging very clogged ears or cleaning a infected earring ear so you can get metal sounds cause most earrings make those types of sounds and try something new
