I I love the smooth sharp consistent lines you got. I have seen others in this challenge wait less or not at all between layers. Most of the designs were beautiful using more "organic" shapes and the look varied more for each bar. I like the consistency this lends. I might do a combination of both techniques if I ever try this.

It is hard to believe you got such vivid colors just using botanicals and clays, it is just beautiful. I don't know how you get the Indigo to come out so blue, I have yet to get it even remotely that color. Well Done!!!
Thank you! I actually tried a new organic indigo root from botanicalcolors.com (it's new to me). It's crazy how dark it made my soap. Usually I have to do a huge % indigo oil substitution in my recipe to ever get anything close to that blue.
My passion of soapmaking started when I saw this video two years ago, after 8/9 soaps I finally replied! I haven't cut it yet but I have the feeling that many layers are confused ... How many different saponifications have you done? Because it is not clear from the video. I unfortunately only one for lack of time! This soap is spectacular !!!
How long did this take? Did you make a new batch of lye water each layer? Wow! Very nice job. I love that its naturally colored. I'm addicted to micas.
