the hardest thing for me as when doing traditional or digital art has always been the blending of the colors to be smooth and the subtle shades of texture and imagining how the light will interact with the shape, texture, reflections, and shadows, like it has taken lots of training, you think for beginners you can have short tutorial on say texture, color blending, and rules of how light interacts with shapes I know this was perhaps the hardest thing I Learned in art school and others would appreciate the lesson since you are a clear master at it and the different settings with mixer brush in photoshop and how you use it.

You mentioned you got hired a year or 2 after this upload, did you get hired based of this or from your regular portfolio by them finding you or did you submit yourself to art directors of Magic?
