Thanks for the video. But there is a small mistake about the first player. The rule says that "if the start player card is still face up, the card is passed to the next player in clockwise order, who becomes the start player for the entire round". So if nobody sells goods, the first player changes anyway (but I think he can remain the first player if he has sold any good during the round) (when someone sells goods during his/her turn, he receives the start player card face down (with the question marks on it)). (14.20)
In 13:05 you said that Jen used her last worker to turn her 6 into 5 to grab that card, while she actually needs to turn it into 1. Still the effect of grabbing the card is correct.
@13:00, Jen used a worker to turn a 6 into 1 (but Rahdo says 5 because that was the number on the building he took)

there are images in the game that suggest how you create your own display to save tablespace. you tuck vp under your realm card on either side.

This is just weird conjecture but I've watched a lot of rahdo's videos and it seems that, no matter the game, he makes a disproportionate amount of mistakes when he's playing "Jen's" hand. Even though, "Jen" will still sometimes win despite this unconcious sabotage, I wonder if this is evidence of some sort of psychological hangup? ;)
+RiddleFlowOn hehe... i'm not sure if that's actually true... i make a lot of goofs all around.
but if there is statistical evidence that proves this, i think it would be mostly a result of the fact that when i'm doing a runthrough, i tend to go with the first thing i can think of, and since i go 'first', that means my moves are along a primary path that i'm probably more comfortable with, while the 'jen' player is generally following a different strategy (because i always try to follow two different strategies wherever possible) that perhaps i'm less familiar with :)
The problem you keep only one card for each complete set is that you may overlook the rainbow bonus if you use Cloister as a wild card of a set.

I'm a Sunday School teacher and I'm always looking for new board games. They don't have to be based on the Bible but they have to be extremely simple and, of course, fun. Some games that worked really well: Taboo, Tic Tac Boom, No Thanks, Zombie Dice. Any other tips? Thanks in advance!
At 19:00 when Jen got the building for free to her estate, I think you forgot about giving her the bonus of that card. Is this correct or have I misunderstood the game?

each player draws 2 cards and then in turn order each player play both cards... not one at a time and pass.

+rahdo you are right. I played it wrong. but it was great that way. i dont understand why one would play any other way.
+Bijan Ajamlou playing that way makes turn order much more important, which makes shipping (which controls turn order) more powerful. i can only assume the designer wanted to ensure that shipping wasn't overpowered compared to other things you can do...
