From what i understand, if your teammate says "55 Reyna", it means they did 55 damage to enemy Reyna before they were killed.
Enemy Reyna now has low health (if she didn't use her own heal or isn't healed by Sage or Skye), so the other living teammates have an easier time to kill her.
The dead teammate may have failed to kill enemy Reyna, but they lowered a huge amount of her health.

Means they did 55 damage to Reyna. Usually it lets the teammate change their play style accordingly. For instance if they are really low, they may opt to run and gun as it is safer and denies a potential fair fight to the low health enemy. For Reyna specifically tho, it’s kind of a useless comm because she can heal up to full health after killing someone
