Hey guys, thanks as always for watching. Unfortunately I have some bad news. I got COVID yesterday and having a really difficult time moving around or talking. Content will be delayed a few days hopefully, but once I’m better I’ll be back on the grind and making videos for you all. Thanks for understanding! Ps: for those who prefer HDR video, this video should have HDR enabled in the next hour or so.
@@DameTech Thank you for the video again. I've received it and I didn't expect it to make such a huge difference! Haven't had a problem with screen dimming while using it! 😄
Get well soon from COVID Dame. I was going to ask if you could do a gaming test on Xcom 2 as at max it’s made to harness 4GB Ram iPhones to max with its Graphics setting, but I’ll test it once I get the iPad 2021 in December because it honestly doesn’t look nearly as GPU intensive with its Graphics as Divinity. My guess is it runs as 50-60% it’s GPU and 20% CPU Sidenote: Feral is planning to port Alien Isolation to iOS this December.. and with the overall M1 iPad power, I’d expect it to look like either the Switch or the ps3 as this iPad is more power than both
I wanna ask u a very important question I have 2 choice to buy one iphone 11 and ipad m1 or iphone 12 and a pc same cost as ipad m1 ? Which one would be better for genshin can ipad run genshin good for a long time ? 30 fps is enough for me I can play in medium or low if it don't get heat ? So let me know pls(and get well soon from covid)
@ DB Kai The M1 iPad has a 8Core CPU at 3.2GHZ, 8 core GPU and 8GB Ram. If you lower age Genshin impact to 720P on Medium 60FPS, you should get 4 hours before the GPU throttles a little to cool. Playing the game on High at 60FPS gets 2Hours before thottling. The game runs the GPU at 80% of its max at 1600 max resolution so 1080p or 720p is nothing An iPad Pro 2021 is basically a PC so get whichever you want as both are similar
eiher way is good. the iPhone 11 runs Genshin very well especially if you don't mind 30 FPS; couples with the iPad Pro M1 which basically performs like a PC. Or an iPhone 12 and PC is also good. However, if your considering an iPhone 12 I'd wait next month for the iPhone 13 to get released so the iPhone 12 is cheaper.
@ Dame Tech The iPad M1 can quite literally play Batman Arkham City at 30FPS at minimum with PS3 graphics right now. The OS for Apple devices are only using 2GB max (and next years firmware will by 3GB OS) so both M1 iPad variants is literally a powerhouse for gaming or anything else
@@DameTech thank you so much! And maybe you tested it on iPad? Does it works with iPad? P.S Your channel is very helpful, I already bought gamesir mini controller after your video and absolutely love it.
Can you please test this cooler with the iPad pro? I bought a generic magnetic cooler on Amazon but it seems very underpowered compared to the black shark one that clamps on to my phone.
which device are using it for. Also is it the black shark magnetic cooler as the generic magnetic coolers aren't that great. If it is the black shark one, I'd replace as it typically drops temps anywhere between 8 to 15c which is phenomenal.
@@DameTech I'm using it on a M1 iPad pro 11" . I have a generic one (doesn't even look like the pics in the listing). It works for the most part I can run max everything but I think the black shark one would let it run better.
Could you please do the fps & resolution (highest graphics) test with Ipad pro M1 but on league of legends wild rift? I main that game and it would be very helpful for me since im interested in buying the ipad
Yup, he’s already done a video on this as the previous commentator mentioned. The link provided on that comment is the video he did on LoL: Wild Rift with iPad Pro M1.
Hi bro good day! This cooler is kinda pricey but looking forward on buying it for my iphone 11 pro max, aside from keeping my phone cooler will this also help to prolong my gameplay compared to playing with just the phone and no cooler?
Hey, I have blackshark fun cooler pro 2, is this magnetic cooler has better/same performance as pro 2? It seems like surface area is smaller compared to pro 2, but its a lot easy to use this one. I wan’t to purchas this magnetic cooler but if its worse than pro 2 then I might skip it. Whats your thoughts? Thanks.
I actually have both and it seems the magnetic cooler gets slightly colder than the fun cooler pro 2 when I use my temp gun. I love the magnetic cooler and how easy it is to use. I often end up leaving it on my phone to prop it up when watching movies.
I’m assuming his ambient temps are really high where he lives or he has certain apps that can limit performance - i.e any VPN or antivirus applications. To be honest, I’m not fully sure on why he gets such average performance
@@DameTech im considering buying iphone 12 and i will play genshin at med +60 .... i live in a hot weather country and I don’t have wifi... should i buy it?
@@hritikbansal7997 if your aiming for medium then definitely it will keep a steady 60 FPS. If suggest getting a cooler like the one in this video to help preserve battery life and health since your ambient temps are high.
I plan to start testing more android devices. I have my eyes on the Google Pixel 6 as it releases later this month. I’m excited for their new chip that they made as well
@@DameTech Yes I'm waiting for pixel 6 pro too... Hope that the new chip can handle heavy games... Otherwise if it comes out as Exynos you will get 27-40 fps average

Which app are you using for CPU information in the beginning of the video.
@Noelle yes
How's the Battery life? Does it take any longer? With that cooler?? Because w/o cooler it drains faster..
Battery life is better. The cooler keeps device cooler which decreases battery drain. Heat plays a role in increased battery drain

With the cooler no. But without cooling the 12 pro max is slightly better due to better heat management due to size
