Since yall talked about light and Nogla really does read comments I'll share another healthy tip, it's addressed to anyone passing decent amount of time with phone and/or PC Our eyesight actually goes bad not from screens themselves but due to contrasting colors. Yup, they feel vibrant, they hit our eye like a fire during xMas night, but "sensation" doesn't always means it's nice for body as "tignles" you may feel in eyes due to something bright and beautiful may be from them straining too much So it's good and advised that brightness be the same as surroundings*. On phone there's a built in auto-brightness. On PC there's also apps called like "Auto Brightness" that monitor your webcam and light level to change your screen. I do so manually on PC using my F keys (F5 and F6 for my laptop) and checking if the screen is the came as what's behind or if it's "glowing" a bit. Also night mode is more helpful since it has less blue light and also more sparing on eyes, mine is on 24x7. You may not like changing brightness (manually or by program) at start since it's _much more_ dim but you'll feel your eyes eased soon enough *there was even a LG TV once that had lamps on it's backside to light up the wall in same colors as edges of it's screen, but it was too odd and new so didn't sell well **I can also tell you a bit more about light color and it's influence on human if you reply to me, reader
