Beautiful work sir. Great job on explaining what you are doing. Oh side note. I'm impressed you still have a 10mm. 😂 Keep the good video's coming. Thank you
*Thank you so very much!* I'll buy a new 10mm socket or wrench just for it to disappear until I buy another one, and then it will just show back up out of nowhere. As long as I can teach at least one person and keep them from spending too much money (at a shop) to get something repaired that they can do themselves, then I'll keep em coming. 😀
I have a cat 3gxt27..the three brass plugs on top of the manifold..two have the plastic close to the top...the one near the inlet port sits way down low...i dont see how it would work...im wondering if someone has been in it...the pump came off a ridgid brand washer 3000 psi..Subaru engine
Greetings Tony! Sorry for the delay of the response. The puller is made by Wilde. It's a great pair of Angle Tip Lock Ring Pliers to remove the seals without causing damage to them. I do believe I bought them through EDI, but I found the same pair on Amazon for about $20 less. Here is a link if you would like to check them out. amzn.to/3xc8a25 Cheers! The S.E.M
If the unit is leaking water from between the manifold and the pump, the high pressure seals would need to be replaced. Also, another cause for leakage is if the ceramic plungers have a crack on them, that can cause it too. If using the unit and the gun is pulsating very fast then there might be a check valve issue. If none of the previous items are affected and you have low pressure then the unloader could be stuck or failing. Sorry for the long answer, hope it helps. Cheers!

@@TheSmallEngineMechanic I will keep watching.
@@TimTurner115 Thank you for your support!
If you have little to no pressure would it be the unloader valve that is sticking? It was sitting not being used for 4 years or better
So use a detergent oil ? I thought its a non detergent oil that is used in the pumps 30 W in case water gets inside it doesn't bubble?

What seal puller tool are you using in the video? Regards, Tony

How will you know when to replace seal on cat pump
