Great video. What if bad Trustee creates a new fraudulent Trust (through Undue Influence and Lack of Capacity of settlor's surviving elderly spouse) declaring himself sole beneficiary? He just robbed the entire Trust and the other 4 beneficiaries.
If a Trustee resigns and removes his name as a Trustee in writing. Can he place himself back as a Trustee years later because conditions might have changed in his favor, and how it is legally acceptable?
If Trustees sell a property where a name of given beneficiary is indicated by the Trust maker to continue living in the property. Is that legally acceptable?
Second question. If a Trustee is allowed by the trust to pay out of trust bank account for legal representation to administer the trust after Settlor medical determination of incapacity and beneficiaries thereafter take Settlor to bank have her Revoke Financial General Durable POA then become Conservators of Estate and Person, how can they still serve as Conservators and Interim Trustees? This has become a Probate matter in Riverside California Dept 8 which seems highly biased against a serving former Trustee (suspended) without a ruling as to why suspended.
In California, beneficiaries can file on their own, without a lawyer. But it can be challenging because the court assumes that you know all the procedural rules like a lawyer does. It can be done, you just have to put in the work to learn the rules of procedure.
If my stepmother forged and charged 6,000 dollars on my deceased father's credit card that was in his name only, AFTER he died and never paid that account or any of the accounts in his name after selling their home and property, all community and his separate assets a breach of fiduciary duty?
WHY DON'T QUESTIONS GET ANSWERS IN COMMENTS? THEY SHOULD TURN COMMENTS OFF THEN! I've been trying to get my justice for my father but I can't do anything until I get the trust and accounting from the black widow stepmother!

I don't have any money to hire a lawyer, the trustee took it all, do I have any options?
What about against an interim Trustee that is also a Conservator of the estate who is now under court motion OSC to be removed as Conservator?

Can a person file a petition in a Probate Court against Trustees without being represented by a lawyer, even when the Trustees are using a law firm?
