Hi, I am having the same exact problem. I reached out to the manufacture and they suggested I reset to a the factory default. I have tried that and its still not working. I keep asking for the software update but they still have not sent it. Any other way I can get the software update.
I wonder how many projectors are made by the same companies? My QKK projector has the exact same software (I don't know about updates yet) and the flipping works. It has a different remote. I have to flip in the settings menu. I wonder if the same updates can be used on different projectors? What's your projector model/company?

The attached photo is of the projector projecting onto my white closet doors. I still have not messed with the settings but I can't wait for our first family movie night on a larger scale. If you have issues with volume not working with your firestick, go into volume settings and you will find your solution there.

Go to the Amazon link and go on their website. I sent them an Email Sunday night and Monday early afternoon I had the email with the update. Put it on a flash drive and in 2 minutes it was good to go no issues. The file lasts like 10 days on their site but they respond quick so be alert for it
I contacted them by email and provided the lot number. I had to fight them a little and they had to send the update several times. I am not a fan of wetransfer They should be aware of the issue now

Sorry to hear that. Not sure about that unless the bulb itself needs to be swapped out. The best bet is to contact the manufacturer and give them the lot number and a description of the issue. All of the info I needed to contact them was in the owner's manual. As I said, I had to post a short video of the issue I was having on UA-cam and send them the link. After they understood the issue, they sent me the firmware update. It took some time but it worked out.

I would email the manufacturer to be sure. They sent my firmware update by wetransfer.

Greg Wallace, just copied to usb from my laptop. It was not complicated and the menu steps are easy on the projector.

does yours have a page in settings for 3D movies? mine does and im trying to figure what type of glasses would work and what type of movies.
