Ok that is great news! Thank you! I have all my beads ready and I will make the honeycomb bracelet tomorrow!! I can hardly wait to see it finished! I have a 12 inch ruler that I have marked with a sharpie pen to the exact size of a little over 6 inches, as I am beading my braclet I will measure the length until I reach that 6 1/4 inches and then check it on my wrist and go from there! I am subscribed to you on the Beadaholique UA-cam so I don't miss out on anything!
Love this bracelet. I was wondering if I could add the second side of the clasp before adding the embellishment to the second side of the bracelet? In other words, go around the bracelet once to add the embellishment sides and clasp, then just weave in the beginning tail. Thank you
Hi Kat! What length thread do I use for this? Also is 6 1/2 inches include the clasp to make it a 7 inch bracelet? Love your tutorials! They are always fun and you go slowly enough for me to follow easily! Keep up the good work!
Hi Margaret! I recommend about 5 feet of thread. If you find that is too short, we do have another video that will help you tie off and add new thread as well. www.beadaholique.com/t-video-How-to-Tie-Off-and-Add-New-Thread-in-Bead-Weaving.aspx Here is a more specific sizing: From the outer edge of the final honeycomb to the outer edge of the first honeycomb is 6 inches long. The clasp loop, jump rings and magnetic clasp add one inch. Making it 7 inches in length, but closer to 6.5" on the wrist. I hope this helps, I know sizing is always tricky.
I love this bracelet but it is very difficult to hear you, to fallow ,my volume is on high and its still hard to hear you ......turn up the volume thank you
Hi Deanna, sorry you're having trouble hearing this video. Could you tell me if other recent videos we've posted have the same soft volume problem? We've listened on a variety of computers and phones here in the design studio and the volume sounds good to us. We're listening with our UA-cam volume at 100% and our computer speaker volume between 50% and 65%
That's awfully strange. There's nothing about this video that would make it any different than our other videos. This one for example ua-cam.com/video/SUyWeDzs22o/v-deo.html was recorded with the same equipment and audio settings, so it should also sound just as low on your speakers. Perhaps it could be a bug on UA-cam's part? I'll be uploading this honeycomb bracelet video to Facebook this afternoon. I'll post a link to that and perhaps you'll be able to hear it clearly then.
Wish I could order your products but the dollar rate & shipping fees just doesn't make it worth while in Canada. Also it seems you are always out of the beads I want to order.
Very easy and beautiful. Love the tip about smooshing the thread with pliers before threading.

Yes, you can absolutely do that. Just follow along the thread path so you don't create any unnecessary thread bridges.
