Totally needed a pick me up. Going through a bad break up, but your whispers make me so relaxed. You give off such a comforting vibe and your videos always help to get my mind off of stuff whether it's when I'm trying to get through the day or to close my eyes and listen to something as I fall asleep. It's The Perception Trainers, by someone has suffered a lot as well, but has largely overcome her anxiety and shared deep original and arrogancefree insights as to how to do do.
