“ one of the most common reasons for squeak from the saxophone, is not having to re-aligned with the mouthpiece properly.” Me and my shake your hands at Cine my Perfect lie every time and it takes me 20 minutes just to get it right and it’s still squeaks : 😮
If your reed is lined up on the mouthpiece properly (and it's not really old), squeeze in with the sides of your mouth more and make sure you're not biting down on the mouthpiece & reed to hard. That should help!
THIS HELPED ME SO MUCH THANK YOU😭😭
This worked, but I’m squeaking on my low notes whenever I play.
This kinda helps but my sax still makes squeaks I have to play the notes down in order then come back up on them for it to play correctly
Are you talking about the low notes, or is it notes across the whole instrument?
Get your sax checked out by a repair technician. They will insert a leak light.
thank you so much for this
