Secondary was not the greatest but it's not the worse. Penaltys got called that shouldn't have been called. I counted about 3 times that our dbs actually had there head towards the ball and the receiver didn't yet they called defensive pass interference when our dbs touched the ball and made the play. Both were holding on to each other. Could have been called either way.
@@addicuscohen If you rewatch the game, Auburn's db's were grabbing and holding Lsu's receivers all game long. The mistake the refs made was not calling it early and often. My opinion is that if the refs really called pass interference the way it's defined, Lsu's receivers would have had a field day.
@@offdacorner I some what agree. But that's part of the game, breaking away from the defender to make a play. Secondary play was inconsistent to say the least, horrible is probably the better word for it. they were either to soft while playing zone or to aggressive when playing man.

Gave them way too many third down conversions. DB's have to play tighter on third downs

Refs gave lsu the game. So many bullshit PI calls.
