Maye is NOT a sure thing. Far from it. He's still learning how to play QB. He has to learn footwork, from scratch. And he has to learn how to throw the ball properly, without a hitch, and with a quicker release. So, lots that could go wrong. Milton is, actually, closer to being an NFL QB than Maye.
milton's got upside for sure, his throwing arm is fantastic, but his accuracy is lacking. He could perform better on the next level, but you never know.
NFL teams don't carry 3 QBS during the regular season, only 2 QBS and 1 practice guy. If anything, my guess would be the 2 guys suiting up for the Pats on Sundays will Be Drake Maye and Jacoby Brisett, I think Zappe and Milton will be fighting for that 3rd practice squad spot, but then again who know 🤔
It’s just a shot in the dark with a late pick. No much more to say, if they need to cut Milton then it’s not a big deal. If they spent like a 3rd or 4th, this is a more interesting conversation

I honestly think Maye would be a better fit for the patriots, but I would have loved to see Milton on the Seahawks🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
