This is interesting. They're like combinations of Shepherds Pie and Au Gratin Potatoes with additional variations. I really like where you went with these recipes, especially the Mex-Italian one. I'll be trying both of these, soon. Thanks for posting this video, showing that the preparation process doesn't have to be overwhelming.

I start my meat cooking then onions along with it, then garlic when it’s almost done and everything always turns out well.
