Hey whoever's reading this! while I was doing this workout I realized how lucky I am to have a body that is able to do workouts like this! part of me just wanted to skip todays routine, but then i thought to myself: I am so fortunate for a functioning body and should do the things that will help both my mental and physical state. There are so many people out there struggling with sickness or injuries or mental health that prevents them from doing many things, including something as small as a quick 10 minute booty workout. I really hope that everyone stays safe out there, wear a mask and have a great day. I love you
Ok, this workout is AMAZING, this is a knee friendly (not a booty friendly tho), i really felt the pain but the good pain you know. The time does not feel like a century. This is a pure genius video, really efficient and smart. Thanks Pam we needed this.

I haven't done Pamela in MONTHS because I injured both of my knees. I tried this workout, excepting my knees to hurt, but they did not at all. This workout is 100% doable for bad knees! THANK YOU SO MUCH PAMELA!!!! 😁😘😅😉

You can try to not go so up/high with the body when you do any tipe of glute bridge, just let your back be in a line where you do not feel the pain, even if it's just few cm from the ground. With donkey kick, don't go so hight with legs. Body lift is perfect for lower back, but not if it's hurts much, or if they are week. Pass that, and do other exercizes, untill you make lb stronger. There are exelent exercize for lower back. Still, when you have the pain you must do every exercize slower than her, so you could controle your back pain. Rest, make a video pause, and continue after few sec. You don't have to finish the same as her. And the most important is to strech everything, specialy your back. It's batter for you to do the exercizes right, so it doesn't hurt you, and you'll enjoy it! 😉 Try it, and tell me does it work.😊
How is your core? Unless you have a back condition, if your core is engaged to stabilize the spine so the movement comes from your booty, you shouldnt be feeling it in your back.

I'm much older than probably the majority of women here but I'm going to give it a try. Damn lady, you are in awesome shape. I never had super thin, fit legs and wish I did. Post-menopause and trying to lose the extra weight that creeped up. I started noticing my knees can't handle squats and other workouts I used to do, so this is a good place for me to start. I'm sure I will cramp up and maybe need breaks, but I like that you're easy to follow. TY

I love your workouts, but I have a quick note- A lot of us with knee pain/knee injuries that are trying to workout around them or rehab them can’t kneel. I’m recovering from my third knee reconstruction, and it’s really hard to find workouts that don’t involve kneeling! Would love to see a workout that can be done without having to kneel ❤️ Keep up the amazing work you do! 😊
Updating each day I do this- Day 1- just finished it, wow it really burns and hurts my lower back a little, but certainly worked my booty! Day 2- a little sore at the hips and back, but worked through it! Day 3- still feeling the burn, still feels just as difficult😆 Day 4- still difficult, a little sore today! Day5- rest day Day 6- back at it, my muscles have recovered Day 7- feeling a little easier Day 8- noticing some difference, my bum is firmer

I struggle a lot with being thigh-dominant, meaning that I find it hard to exercise my glutes because my thighs always kick in. But this workout did it for me! Thank you Pam! (Shout-out to my thigh/quad dominant girls lol)
Everything happens for a reason , 2020 really got me bad, I was suffering . I decided to care about myself and to find happiness again . Doing these workout for a year now and will come back in 2021.

Maybe you should do the easier ones until your abs are strong enough. I also had neck problems when I started, then I read in the comments that, if your abs aren't strong enough to stand that "torture" your neck tries to help them. So that's why it hurts. She also uploaded a neck and back friendly workout a few weeks ago. I hope I could help you 😊 Stay strong 💪🏻😊
It's probably because you're working your lower back more than your booty, try feeling the muscles of your glutes. Also don't overdo some range of motion of the exercises, they really hit a bad nerve for the back. One of the ways to lessen this is to activate your core while doing such exercises. But it's also dependent on the workout. I don't know how to explain it 😂😅 Hmmm, just like how Pamela does it, she makes it seem easy and not forceful. I'm not saying you do it forcefully, what I'm saying is sometimes a not so strained flex, with just the right amount of muscle pressure for the workout helps lessen the strain in other muscle groups. Just like how other people say that a thumbless weight workout is more of a killer than with thumbs workout. Hopefully, I am not saying anything wrong.
Do it from your elbows. And engage your core and try to keep your back in a straight line(at a diagonal). That way you're only using your glutes Pamela briefly shows an example of this on the left leg pulses at 8:39

Updating each day I do this-
Day 1- just finished it, wow it really burns and hurts my lower back a little, but certainly worked my booty!
Day 2- a little sore at the hips and back, but worked through it!
Day 3- still feeling the burn, still feels just as difficult😆
Day 4- still difficult, a little sore today!
Day5- rest day
Day 6- back at it, my muscles have recovered
Day 7- feeling a little easier
Day 8- noticing some difference, my bum is firmer
Day 9: working it!
I really like this booty workout, it is short but not easy at all so I have no excuses to skip it owing to lack of time

i know im kinda late to the party and all but me and my friend wanted to start working out over the summer because next year is our last year of middle school and we wont have gym and as a person whos gym coach didnt make us do anything besides sit and do schoolwork during the period i really needed this me and my friend are goign off of three videos each day and today was day one of me trying it and this was the third video of today. i really think this is gonna help me get into shape and i just wanted to thank you because if it werent for you and my friend i think i wouldve ended up getting fatter over the summer and even more overweight then i am already. thank you

I struggle a lot with being thigh-dominant, meaning that I find it hard to exercise my glutes because my thighs always kick in. But this workout did it for me! Thank you Pam! (Shout-out to my thigh/quad dominant girls lol)
Everything happens for a reason , 2020 really got me bad, I was suffering . I decided to care about myself and to find happiness again . Doing these workout for a year now and will come back in 2021.

I need neck and back friendly exercise pam! After your abs exercise I feel like my neck and back bones are about to break into many pieces!😭
Maybe you should do the easier ones until your abs are strong enough. I also had neck problems when I started, then I read in the comments that, if your abs aren't strong enough to stand that "torture" your neck tries to help them. So that's why it hurts.
She also uploaded a neck and back friendly workout a few weeks ago.

My lower back and left leg were on fire from doing the left kickback and left kickback pulse exercises.🥵🔥
Is it just me, or does anyone else's lower back hurts when they're doing the exercises on all fours and the booty life/booty hold?

It's probably because you're working your lower back more than your booty, try feeling the muscles of your glutes. Also don't overdo some range of motion of the exercises, they really hit a bad nerve for the back. One of the ways to lessen this is to activate your core while doing such exercises. But it's also dependent on the workout. I don't know how to explain it 😂😅
Hmmm, just like how Pamela does it, she makes it seem easy and not forceful. I'm not saying you do it forcefully, what I'm saying is sometimes a not so strained flex, with just the right amount of muscle pressure for the workout helps lessen the strain in other muscle groups. Just like how other people say that a thumbless weight workout is more of a killer than with thumbs workout. Hopefully, I am not saying anything wrong.

Do it from your elbows. And engage your core and try to keep your back in a straight line(at a diagonal). That way you're only using your glutes Pamela briefly shows an example of this on the left leg pulses at 8:39
One leg at a time works for my booty with its meager muscle! Maybe it's too much load for your booty too
