Vertical conveyor 1

Pink lifter is pivoted on a link of the chain and always kept horizontal thanks to two prismatic joints (vertical and horizontal).
Weakness: only one lifter can be arranged.

gravity rollers like this save on energy, and lower cost! great job!
if you want to add complexity. in addition to the pink lifting rollers you add two guard rollers on each end. it would take stopping the product box before the guard roller, and extending the top roller past the guard roller. less chance of fall speed can be increased and gravity becomes your speed limiting factor.
