Great haul Julie. I bought a Black Tree this year for Halloween and already set it up and put some of my decorations out, I am an Autumn and Winter girl...lol. I have noticed that some items at Dollar Tree have gotten smaller and the price is much higher , not good! Thanks for sharing your haul and have a great day.
Hi Kathy! I have a small black tree that I bought at Dollar Tree a couple of years ago. It's covered in Halloween decorations. 💀 I love summer as I can go outside without grabbing a coat, and I love to wear shorts and sandals, plus I love when everything is green and flowery. 🏵🌿The first part of the fall isn't too bad, but the second part is too much like winter to me. 🥶 You have to watch it at Dollar Tree now. Not everything is as good of a deal as one would think. The Mike 'n Ike's weren't marked as $2.00. Not on them or on the shelf. I see that Walmart is charging $1.97 for them now too. 😠 Thank you so much for watching, and have an awesome day my friend! 😃🥰🤗
Hi Julie, I love watching your videos! You always make me smile and have a little laugh. I love everything you got at Temu! They're all gorgeous! No wonder you're wanting to put out your fall decor. The Halloween ornaments are cute too and the cat and the pumpkin and the enter if you dare sign. That's a great idea to hang them up in your kitchen window. Is that boo mat indoor and outdoor? Speaking of corporate greed and shrinking products, dollarama has some prime examples like the single box of smarties and the single box of glosettes raisins and or peanuts. Not to mention have you seen some of the chips/Doritos etc.....that have shrunk! I always forget about hamburger helper when I make my grocery list. Will have to pick some up tomorrow at the dollar tree. It's hard cooking for one person. I don't want a lot of bother so that would be perfect for leftovers for the next day. My son cooks separately when I'm upstairs and eats in the basement. That candy dish always reminds me of the cloche in Beauty and the Beast that holds the rose. Hope you have a great weekend!
Hi Sonya! 😃 Awe, thank you! ☺ Temu could be a problem if I went there all of the time. They have so many nice things. This time of the year is hard for me beause I want to buy so many of the cute things that I see. I have a new idea that I plan to use to decorate my kitchen window...🤔😄 It's so frustrating when you see packages getting smaller all of the time, but the prices still keep going up. The family size bags of chips are now what the regular size used to be. I have to go out today to get some ground beef for my Hamburger Helper. It's on sale at Thrifty's. Cooking for one would involve a lot of leftovers for sure. The good thing is, you always get to eat what you like! 😋 I haven't decided how I want to use the candy dish yet. For candy, or decor? 🤔 I hope you're having a great weekend too! 😃🥰🤗
@@Julie_at_MyWonderfulBCLife I haven't shopped Temu yet and I know that's a good thing because I wouldn't be able to stop myself from buying. I have a large storage unit full of boxes that hopefully one day I will be able to go through. I have so much downsizing to do once I do have access to them. How's house hunting coming along? We will be renting for some time yet. I know they plan to raise the rent again come December. Big question is do we move again which will cost us $900 at least for movers. I looked for the hamburger helper but they didn't have any. Will have to go to a grocery store. A new idea for the kitchen!!! Will it be seasonal?
