ನಾಟಿ ಸ್ಟೈಲ್ ಸಿಂಪಲ್ ಮಟನ್ ಚಾಪ್ಸ್ :
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1.Mutton - 1/2 kg
2.Onion - 2 no. + Onion sliced - 1/2
3.Tomatoes sliced - 2 no.
4.Green chillies - 7 to 8 no.
5.Grated Coconut - 1/4 th cup
6.Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
7.Cardamom - 2 no.
8.Cloves - 8 to 10
9.Mint leaves - 1 cup
10.Coriander leaves - 1 cup
11.Oil - 3 tsp + Oil - 3 tsp
12.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
13. Salt - 1 tsp
14.Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
15.Coriander powder - 1 tsp
16.Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
17.Butter - 1 tsp
