New to your channel... excellent series of videos, thanks for sharing and giving us ideas as we as going to Spain next year ( been going to France for a good few years now). Thanks again to you and your family. Jim Isabel and the boys
Absolutely loved your family holidays making such lovely memories your children will remember for the rest of their lives keep doing what you're doing!
Hi Sean, thanks so much. That's really lovely to hear, we've a few trips planned for this year already but of course with all the uncertainty we don't know when we will be away next! Stay posted as I will try my best to get this little series rounded up shortly. Andy
Another great video. Mas Guso is a must, not only for the shop but also for the lovely restaurant. We were at Las Dunas for the 10th time in July, but only spent 2 nights there due to Covid-19 restrictions getting back in to the UK. We flew this year & the Caravan Inn towed our caravan from their storage yard to our pitch. Already planning 2 trips for 2021, but hopefully staying for longer than 2 nights each time..
What a lovely journey you took us to during your holiday trip to Spain. It looks like you all really enjoyed your holiday. We used to be touring caravan owners, and I must say watching your video story this morning, it does make me feel like I want to buy another tourer. Looking forward to seeing more of your travels after lock-down. Bit of Brummie accent going on there, same here, and now living in Tamworth. Have fun guys !
Hi John, thanks for getting in touch. We had a fantastic holiday thankyou and will definitely be heading back to Spain at some point! We have plenty of other trips recorded but yet to be edited, I'm working on them at the moment and hope to get a video published within the next couple of weeks! However, cannot wait to get out again and make some new videos! Thanks for watching. Andy
Great videos... Thanks. Could you let me know "if you remember" more or less how many liters of diesel you used from the UK to Girona?. I'm planning to move to Spain and I gonna drive with either a trailer or a caravan and I am going to the south border of Cataluña, your input will give me an idea of how much will cost me. Thanks.
Really enjoyed your video, what a wonderful family you have and some fantastic times you’ve shared with us all. We bought our caravan this year and have only had one night away before lockdown. So watching the fun you guys have is inspirational and helps us to get through these bizarre times! 👍
Amazing video yet again Andy, our van is now hibernating til the end of February! Hope to see some more winter weekend away videos. The kids are growing up fast! Can’t believe our daughter is nearly 11! It’s so precious to make happy memories with them while they are young.
Fantastic - very tasty episode, could almost taste that freshly squeezed juice, cartons don’t come anywhere near do they! Finn is such a great big brother and what great memories you’ve made :) thanks for sharing.
Does life really get any better. your children will have great memories and in turn will share them with their own kids. what is more important than spending time with your children. The shot of all of you on the beach as a family encapsulated it all. how many parents don't do things like this. I have a 6 year old and last year we bought a caravan and it has been the best money iv ever spent. we're going to france next year and can't wait for the season to begin. thanks for sharing these precious moments with us. have a great Christmas ! Emmet.
Thank you so much, that is such a lovely thing to say. We had a blast and it’s a shame that we only thought to head down to the beach for sunset towards the end of the holiday. It’s something we will do more of next year! Thanks very much for watching, have a lovely Christmas too. Andy
Dave, you should try it - leaving ports is well laid out and will get your confidence up. Being honest, it’s often much easier to cover big distances with much less stress than here at home. The only time you need to remind yourself is pulling out of junctions or car parks but there is a lot to explore in Europe! Let me know if we can help with anything. Andy
Hi morleys hope ypur all well looking forward to what your up to this year and your summary costs ferry etc from your last trip to spain were saving planning for 2 years time all the best the greens.
Hi Danny, thanks for getting in touch. We have plans in place for another great year touring so watch this space! I’ve been in two minds about covering costs etc for this holiday and have decided on going a slightly different way with things. I’d be more than happy to share them via email, you can contact us via our website. Cheers for watching, Andy
Very kind of you to say! We have a couple more trips this year and also a bit of a backlog to get through from what we've already done! Lots more to come. Andy
Great holiday series again, love it how you go out and about and not just stay on the site. Certainly inspires us to look at going abroad with the caravan. Looking forward to the next one👍.
Fantastic! Lump in throat at the end though. Been watching your vids for a while, and just before Christmas we bought our first caravan. Your work has been inspirational for us, and we’ve booked to go to the Vendee for our summer hols, using the ferry from Poole to Cherbourg. Now to learn how to properly tow and, in particular, reverse the bloomin’ thing! Maybe bump into you at some point, as we are in the Midlands, too. Keep them coming!
Hi Simon, thanks so much for getting in touch. I’m glad you found the videos enjoyable! Congratulations on buying your first Caravan, I hope you have as many wonderful holiday as we do! Reversing just takes practice, it will come to you with time. Reversing a big trailer is easier in some respects than a little one! Just make sure if you have a spotter they stand somewhere where you can see them at all times, wind the windows down too so that you can also hear them. Happy Caravanning. Andy
Nice one Morleys. Great to see a family out enjoying France aand catering for your age differences.. Love the food produced on the Cadac as well. Wish you many more wonderful holidays.
Thanks very much, we really enjoyed both of these days out! It’s always nice to do something to break up going to the pool and beach. Thanks for watching. Andy
Hi Tom, I guess around £550 plus. I will do a full round up video in the coming weeks detailing some costs and our decision making processes. Thanks for watching. Andy
Great vlog really enjoyed watching the series.finn reminds me of myself when we went away in the van at that age.now all these years later i have those memories of holidays with my parents, sadly not here anymore, and realise how good they were(especially getting a secret taste of beer or wine when mum wasnt watching).thanks again for sharing guys
My childhood re visited in these 4 videos. Still go to estartit now. Check out camping les medes where we visit and have done for 22 years. You would fit right in with the shed on the med crew there.
Hi Andy, I came across your Spain vids and then binge watched your other vlogs. They are absolutely great and have given me some ideas. Keep up the good work! I’m interested to know if the caravans have A/C? How did you keep cool in the warm nights? Cheers, Marc.
Thanks for the Video's. Helps to get me in the mood for the coming summer. Have you made plans for this year yet? We are off to France again - Cornwall last year but just not the same, glad to get back on the Continent. Already hatching plans for 2021 also! BTW - loved the face on your eldest when you said going to the vineyard - similar conversations in our set up with both of ours when we go any ware other than the pool or WIFI enabled premises! Cheers - Darren
Hi Darren, thanks for getting in touch! Glad to be of help, I really should finish this mini series off! We have lots of plans and trips booked, (France during the summer) how many of them go ahead really depends on what happens with this epidemic we're living through. I'm glad it's not just us that experiences those things, I'm sure I was just as much of a pain :) Have a great summer, as soon as it can start! Andy
Wow what an amazing time you guys had, really loved this series 👍 Finn didn't seem to impressed with the vineyard trip 🤣🍷but fair play for jumping off the boat buddy 😉 looking forward to catching up soon 🍻 cheers Jon
What about next year then buddy???? Haha. Ahhh I just had to include the Vineyard experience, we had an absolutely amazing meal there the night before we came home too, really lovely place. Speak soon bud
What a fantastic Vlog and the trip really looked incredible. Hope to do something similar once life returns to some sort of normality! Can I ask how long you guys went for? Keep up the great work 👍🏻
Well done Andy and all of team Morley👍, we love swimming off the back of boats when we are on Holiday, I’m supposed to be banned from diving/ off the top deck because of my lower back, but it would be rude to go too all of the effort to get there and not have a go, I can get away with it one time😂. Really enjoyed your holiday vids, big👍
Loved the video it brought back memories of our trip last year at Aquarius. You have a lovely family and look like you have lots of fun. Looking forward to more videos in the future 😀
Thanks very much, oh don't start - I've started Spanish lessons already (but that region speak Catalan I think?!).... Ah great to hear you're off to Spain, where are you going? We're thinking of going back :) Andy
@@MakeWayWithTheMorleys Haha, Where going to a campsite called Sanguli in Salou. Think the trip is gonna be a bit of a nightmare with a 4, 3, and a 1 year old though 🙄 haha
Nice series Andy. Looking forward to the round up. We've been thinking about venturing down to Spain but always put off by the cost, would be very interested as to how you planned it wether it's worth it.
