WAIT ARE HER SLEEVES GREEN we love the fact that they realized American general audiences would not have understood the greensleeves song reference
I feel like they gave her the green sleeves so that it actually fits the song better instead of because of people not getting the reference. Because surprisingly a lot of people in America know greensleeves (at least I'll say where I live, granted I don't speak for the rest of America lol) some ice cream trucks here have it as their little tune actually
@@Fenniken99 the only reason i say that is because 1) where i live almost nobody knows about it for sure 2) she’s the only alternate (with the exception of grace’s 2018 UK Tour Boleyn (however not west end) and the two productions without alternate costumes) that has worn green sleeves for Boleyn, even after Mallory debuted and the other productions started, they still wore their respective colors (basically the entirety of the worldwide productions besides West End started after this in September with Bliss 1.0 and onward)

They are! They both have more interchangeable parts to fit all six queens than Vicki and Grace's from what the CST costume shop has posted on Instagram.

this is one of only two times it has happened (as in with Courtney Mack), this and then Courtney’s Boleyn debut in St. Paul, and no footage of the megasix exists because filming was not allowed in St. Paul.

Can the alternates in this production cover every queen like in the London production or is it just three queens each? ( I say "just three queens" but I couldn't do it. )
they (will) know all 6
I think they have main queens they will cover but have to know all six incase a queen and her main alternate id out
since there’s only two, it’s three each and theh all said they learned the tracks just incase.
update from the future: they all cover 5 each but technically Mallory can cover Aragon if there’s an emergency cover situation because she is the dance captain.
So during this part of the tour, Mallory covered Boleyn Seymour and Howard, with Nicole covering the other three, later, when Mallory became the primary Seymour, Courtney Mack took her place, with Shantel Cribbs being on stand by for Cleves in case Nicole had to cover Aragon or Parr, as Cleves was also injured at the time. Now that the move to Broadway has occurred, The chart is more like this
Each queen is represented by their initial (ie Aragon is A)
1st. 2nd. 3rd
Mallory SP. BCH. A
Nicole AC. BSP. H
Courtney BH. ASP. C
I do believe that they can still cover their third, as I know Mallory knows Aragon, but that may just be a dance captain thing like said, it’s just unlikely. Sorry if this is too in depth I got way focused into it for no real reason at all

Omg Alternate massive!
So idk if I’ll get hate for this but I think Mallory Maedke is a better Anna Boleyn than Andrea Macasaet. Mallory brings more to the character. For example in my mind Anna Boleyn is sassy not afraid to stand up for herself and obviously sexy. Mallory brings all of that to the character and doesn’t have a cuttsiey toon in her voice while singing. While Andrea brings more of a cute vibe like all the songs Katie perry used to do in the past. Her singing while still good doesn’t bring much of the emotional scale that Anna Boleyn has. She is still amazing but I will prefer Mallory as this character but that’s my opinion
Alex Anekwe nahh I feel you I felt the same way when Courtney took over for Samantha and even though I haven’t seen the cast live I’ve just seen by the megasixes I think that Courtney fits the character more but that’s my opinion they’re both very good hands down and I love them both!

They didn't, alternates who go on when the main cast isn't available have their own costumes so the main boleyn still has the green costume but this one is an alternate so she has her own costume just like how the aragon here had a teal one instead of the gold one, although this was when they were on the US tour, now on broadway they removed alternate costumes and alternates would wear the original costume which is a little bit sad because it's part of what makes six, Six, along with the megasix which they didn't allow filming in broadway
