That’s why your doctor signs the form and provides documentation to the state so you can get your permit or plate. If you really care, call the police. That person may just be sick and all they will do is hand their license to the police and the police verify. You see, we don’t have to prove jack shYt to ignorant people much less the police about what our disability is. Or discuss our health. We do things legally and sit around and talk about ignorant fools like you. Newsflash: There’s a big old world out there full of many different people with different health issues and disabilities.
Their PLACARD SIEGE and no re-applying ... the owner too should be HEAVILY FINED for loaning the PLACARDS to Friends & Family.. Both to be fined and owner jailed.. Mandatory, no Ifs or Buts

No Buts i don't want to hear the excuse... If i had an option i would give him a ticket. If you don't have a handicap plack or you don't have a handicap then you should loose the parking pass. I see it everyday that people abuse the handicap parking pass.
A thousand fine minimum would give them pause to rethink their behavior.

the placards break in 2 years. you need to laminate them so they don't fall apart
