not bad advice ...he is telling him to go with how he feels...i think its cause jason never really tells ppl what to do ...if michael wants willow back and he tries and it doesnt work at least later on he will kno that he did everything he could to keep his family together instead of wondering what if ....(i do agree that he shouldnt be with willow )
