Michael Eisner and others introduce the Disney Channel premiere of The Lion King, 1996

Didn't see this anywhere online so I figured someone might be interested.
I found this on a consumer rewritable tape I bought at Goodwill, the tape also contains the entire movie but it's uninterrupted, so no interesting bumpers or anything like that.
Original broadcast was September 8th, 1996.
