I'm going to go smoke a pipe now! Thanks for having Dr. Harrelson on the show, such a great guest! Bravo, Men!
Let’s go!
This was such fun to watch. Great to see real "guys" chatting and smoking their pipes.
One of my all time favorite shows! Fun to watch. Will keep this good man in my prayers for relief in him carrying his cross with regard to his father. Stay the course, Dr Harrelson, Jesus will remain faithful to those who remain faithful to Him!
totally dig pipe cottage & dr alan harrelson, thank you for this interview.
You guys need to have a Catholic Pipemaker on your show! I volunteer as tribute 😁
That would be great. I love your channel.
Kadesh! Yes let’s get you on the show!
Great talk, thank you, I'm not a Catholic, but I am a Christian. I agree that denominations are all man made. God bless you
That is why non denominationals are the actual growing churches. Like those Paul started
God bless.you all Alan you and your family from Patrick in Ireland
Gents, I've never heard of you. The algorithm brought me to you by way of Dr. Harrelson.
I am now subscribed!
Blessings to you and your listener, may this comment boost your algorithmic success.lol
Thanks man! Appreciate the sub. Cheers!
Really great show gents! Very easy and relaxed. Easy going and refreshing. Fun to watch! Thank you!
God bless Dr. Harrelson and his family. He’s a beautiful spark of fire in the Catholic Church that has inspired a cradle Catholic like me to embrace the fullness of our Faith! Side note: I’m a cigar smoker, I’m not intellectually diverse to smoke a pipe although I tried. 😂
My partner confessed to me not long after she moved in that she didn't like the smell of my pipe tobacco and the way it made the house smell. Now she is perfect in every other way and very dear to me, so with a heavy heart the next day I id the decent thing and bought a couple of comfortable garden chairs a small table and a patio heater. Now, whenever I want to smoke a bowl she has somewhere comfortable to sit outside while I do it
This was one of our all time favorites with Alan & friends. My love and I are so happy to have a new channel to watch along side Alan. We adore all 3 of you. God bless you. You bring joy to
Those who love Jesus. God bless you 3 and your families. Thank you for an incredible show ☦️🙏🏻🇺🇸♥️from Texas
Thank you! Cheers!
This was SO great!!!! You three generated laughter and tears through the entire authentic & humble conversation. All Glory to the Father our Savior, Jesus Christ for the JOY in our hearts that three men & a pipe can create when HE is magnified. Thank you for the seizing the opportunity to declare...HE is Worthy!!
Awesome episode!
Good show gentleman. The Doc brought me here and I think I’ll stay awhile.
Get Dr Harrelson to do one of your intros. Something about him saying, "Luck is for pagans," sounds epic.
I’m so excited to watch this!!!
🔥
Cheers to Jesus
🍻
All right!!! Been waiting on another! The George Carpenter guest was awesome! Looking forward to this!
Totally agree with the statement that God has a sense of humor.
Keep up the great work Doc!
Alan is always interesting.
I was hoping that y'all would have a conversation with Dr. Harrelson! I look forward to watching and listening.
I was raised in the Catholic Church in an archdiocese. Had a lot of issues with the leadership of the church at the time.
The church, even when I was 16, personally, I had issues with the church.
My dad had medical issues and was laid up for over a year out of work and the audacity of the Monsenior, the church coming in giving him A bill for all The Times they came and gave him communion while he was laid up out of work. That really pissed me off, and I was in the seminary at the time studying for the priesthood.
I later married and left the Catholic Church because my wife was protestant. I chose to adopt her religion. Southern Baptist was i was baptized in the Southern Baptist church.
Now that I'm older and maybe a hair more wiser. I long for the traditions of the church. I live in Oklahoma now, and I would love to find a Catholic Church close to where I live to get reconnected with. I believe Catholicism is the true religion. Both my wife and I live in Norman, Oklahoma.
“Gentlemen I cannot thank you enough. You did NOT have to do that - but I will tell you, I will not turn it down.” Hahaha Alan is such an awe dude dude. ✝️🇺🇸
No mention of orthodoxy?
I'm curious as to how one goes about finding a men's fellowship at a Catholic church?
I find Protestant churches have midweek Bible studies that allow for weekly male fellowship.
But I've been unable to find a men's Bible study at our local Catholic churches. Is there something more specific I should be looking for?
I'm a Confessional Presbyterian, but for the past couple of years, I've been really wanting some Catholic men to hang out with and learn from.
A Church that offers the Latin mass is a great place to look if you can find one. There is also the Knights of Columbus which is a Catholic men’s organization that is commonly found in most Catholic Churches.
@OurLadyOfLaSaletteWeeps
Thank you!
Praying for you brother that you find an on fire Catholic community! Even if not, come home to our Lord in the Catholic Church!
I also enjoy smoking a pipe from time to time. I highly recommend you order a few ounces of the "whatever" from the Country Squire in Jackson, MS. Give them a look. You will not be disappointed. OK... never mind. I just saw that y'all are already familiar with the Country Squire. I live in Brandon, MS and I'll definitely be attending that release.
👍
im offended that im not offended and have already got over that, I'm going to have to visit the pipe museum in my local little town Broseley, Ironbridge now !......... I would love to take you to a Traditional Mass at the birmingham Oratory and experience what Newman and Tolkien experienced, Id did tis weekend and was in ore of this churchs history
! I just moved back to the US from that area. My family was living in Wombourne for two years. Do you live in Broseley?
Tombigbee smells like cinnamon toast crunch!
Uhm, I'm not involved in any church which makes me impartial. But how can a protestant not have the same grace as a catholic?
Being in a state of Grace through Confession and partaking of the Eucharist is what sets apart the Catholic church ( the church founded by our Lord & Savior).
Many Protestants observe confession and the Eucharist. Catholics just think we’re doing them wrong.
They do
Alan is awesome! Not the greatest interview. 😢
Oh…the irony…people are tired of Prosperity Gospel…so let’s join the largest “prosperity gospel church” in History! Dr. Harrelson is gradually losing his luster!!
I think you are a little confused. The greatest saints of the Catholic Church renounced great material wealth to devote their lives to Christ and minister to the poor, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Katharine Drexel and Mother Teresa come to mind. The Catholic Church dispenses more charity worldwide than all the NGOs put together.
So I don’t know where you’re coming from son.
Prosperity Gospel is based on Name It And Claim It. You won’t find that teaching in the Catechism.
