Forget the expensive and time consuming hoist. Just fold the scooter flat (not into a suitcase shape) then lift front end onto lip of trunk, lift rear end in. The whole thing is too heavy in suitcase shape,. You only need to lift half the weight if you flatten it by folding down the tiller and seat.
