@@mad_rat_rider That's really impressive. Maybe I lack experience with wet highway driving but with several different 50/50, 70/30 tires I felt like I was sliding all over. You look so stable and gripping just fine.

I rode a lot in rain on different tires/bikes (VStrom 1000, R1, FZ6R, Tenere, DRZ400 etc) and from my experience there is still enough grip just need to be smooth on throttle and brakes. Few things to remember: 1) stay away from road markings, it could be slippery like ice when wet 2) Never ride when rain just started, wait at least 30 minutes so oil and other slippery stuff will be washed away from the road. 3) Be especially careful on recently paved roads - it can be very slippery in rain I personally like to lower tire pressure to like 28-30 psi when riding in rain.
