He needs to be tested for DOPING. Sorry as that may sound for his "condition" he needs to be tested for PEDs, that would normally apply to any athlete anywhere in the WORLD
In 26 years of Sasuke, that’s since 1997, I had NEVER seen a Stage 3 as easy as it was this year. As a person who has been a die-hard fan of this amazing obstacle course challenge brought to life by the Japanese and given birth to the world by the original Japanese creators, and with the UTMOST RESPECT to those original Japanese creators, I am totally distraught that ANW absolutely pales in comparison and is a typically childish version of the event done in the most “American” way. It’s totally embarrassing!!!! In those 26 years, There had only been TWICE where 5 people had passed Stage 3. Only TWICE!!!! And there have only been 4 separate winners!!! (Ok so 2 guys did it twice but that’s because they’re truly unbelievable, as they both have real jobs in the world, on the side!!! ). In 1999, none of the 5 made won Stage 4. In 2010, 5 made it past Stage 3and 1 person, the legend Urushihara competed Stage 4. In all those years where Americans went to Japan to compete at the real Mount Midoriyama, only ONE American, Kane Kosugi, have ever made it to Stage 4!!!! Only ONE!!!! Even the legends Steffensen, Meeuwenberg, Campbell, Drechsel never made it. And they didn’t even have to do a season-long wasteful Qualifying for the sake of TV entertainment, and they still couldn’t do it!!!! So how are these current American Ninja Warriors “athletes” when so many got past this EASIEST STAGE 3 in the HISTORY of Sasuke???? How pathetic must they feel that so many made it???? How can they feel proud that so many made it, and made it look so easy, because Stage 3 WAS EASY IN 2023????? Don't they feel cheapened????? It’s NOT MEANT TO BE LIKE THIS!!!! ANW have diminished the point of Sasuke as the most difficult obstacle course challenge in the WORLD!!! It has consistently CODDLED the athletes in the US (by also including WOMEN, who have their own version in Japan, by the way), and have made it so much easier than it’s supposed to be, sucking the challenging meaning of the event. They even put the Buzzer in the easy-to-reach spot on Stage 4 in Vegas!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! The point is to GET UP ABOVE it enough to REACH for the button, not be able to push it from BELOW THE RIM!!!! That’s not the top!!!! Daniel Gil and Vance Walker were 4 feet BELOW THE RIM!!!!! What the heck!!!!! His head wasn’t even above the rim!!!! Who comes up with these childish, coddling ideas????? Don’t they realise that the WORLD IS WATCHING, and watching all these details????? The Japanese are rolling their eyes at it. They know when the Yanks come over there, they won’t come anywhere near completing a proper Stage 3. You keep saying they’re “athletes” right????? And you’ve got TEENAGERS climbing the rope at the end!!!! WAY TO CODDLE them and LOWER THE COMPLEXITY LEVEL!!!!! Pathetic!!!! How does making it EASIER help any of them when the going gets PROPERLY hard!!!!????? With all due respect to Walker, and all the contestants, how can they be happy that ANW made the competition a JOKE in the US, compared to the difficulty that is in Japan?????
I hear you. This may be the first season, but you have every right to be upset. Ives seen the Sauke version of Mt. Midoryama and like you said, this was watered down compared to the Japanese version. Again you have every right to be upset with this new format. And the amount of og vets that lost???
Maybe they're trying to get a new champion and leave Drew on the side. Now they have Caldiero as the first anw to conquer it and can also emphasize the last anw who conquered it leaving Drew on the side. Just saying
@@ashleysegura8718 Well, it was shocking also in the first place that they allowed a "Pass" token for players who FALL. Ridiculous!!!! They also should NEVER have done the Dual Race in Stage 2 that made some great players fall this year. Absolute FARCE
@@nelsonmejia9366 The year that Caldeiro won was also a FARCE, as they never expected anybody to make it look as easy as Caldeiro did, and they wouldn't let him come back for a few years afraid that he would win it every year, and then created a convoluted and long and drawn out Qualifying just to make it so long that a lot of the veterans did drop out, and look at what happened the season after Caldeiro won???? It was almost back to how it should've been. And then the TV network thought it wasn't entertaining enough to not have somebody reach the final so they concocted yet another few "easy" obstacles to make sure somebody got to the Final Stage.
And to think that if they didn’t add that stupid rule on stage 2 of letting the four fastest non finishers run again he would have lost to Ethan Bartnicki and his season would have ended there! He DID NOT win in my opinion. He only won because of the new format of the show. It’s unfair how the rules have changed so much that now if you don’t finish stage 1 you still advance to stage 2 if you’re within the top 24 fastest times. The four stages of Mt Midoriyama are a cakewalk now compared to before. Before, very few ninjas even made it to stage 3. Now the course is set to where 14 ninjas are guaranteed to get there. And now more ninjas than ever are making it to stage 4 with no sweat at all. They should have left things the way they were in season 11 and not let the teenagers on until they’re 19. They have unfair advantages over the adults like being lighter, no responsibilities other than school and training, and their parents literally paying for and taking them to all their trainings and competitions. Plus, they make all the adults who’ve competed longer than them, have more responsibilities than them and have more seniority than them look bad. Daniel Gil is the real winner! He beat every stage(I know he fell on stage 2 at the very end but his competitor fell earlier giving him the win) and wasn’t given any cheap handicaps for him to advance and beat stages 3 and 4 like Vance (who again did not deserve the win)!!
What? Whatever.... I guess that's just the beauty of the ANW/SASUKE having young and promising competitors... Even in SASUKE, Nagasaki Shunsuke had cleared the third stage before his 20s. Probably in 2024 you might see an highschool sophomore under 17s reaching the third stage, and maybe at best, conquering the halfmark.... But I agree that the systems used on ANW is totally a show shit. I mean they're really doing a safe bounce for competitors by doing that "pass"? NBC is just too caring for ratings, I guess....
men, nobody wins this things for alot of years! thats why the new rules, and thats why they made the rule of the last ninja standing too, because there alot of years that nobody won anything, they just trying to be this thing more fun and people don{t get dissapointd and stop watching or competing, because of the non winners. thats why hey put the tall wall too at some point, i mean it was very crappy that years after year nobody won, the first winner was in season 6 for got sake hahahaha.
