One thing I hate about the Aphmau fandom is that they can never admit when someone does something wrong. No, a three/four year age gap is not inherently bad, but when it's a minor and an adult? Yes tf it is. No one's arguing about the age gap itself, they're arguing about the ages when they met each other. That is _not good or healthy._ Jess's lie could've seriously damaged her and Jason's life, and it's great that she has apologized maturely about the situation. This is just an overall problem with fandoms tend to skew on the younger side. They can't comprehend that their faves aren't always perfect 100% of the time.
