I think the kiss is happening towards the beginning of episode 10 with Elizabeth and Nathan. He talked about Allie being upset and not talking to him in the preview. Before Nathan finds out Allie left town.

I don’t think that the resort is a good idea for Hope Valley either. Like Mayor Maisie said, “it will lead to more crime in Hope Valley (and Benson Hills).” The community needs to see that there are many ways to provide jobs, but not all of those ways are good ways in which to do so. Lucas and the town need to be asking, is this a good move in order bring more jobs into the valley or will this invite an increase in town. I do think that in the end, Rosemary made the right decision on writing the article because I don’t think that Lucas would have tried to hear Rosemary out, even if she had tried to talk to him before publishing the article. There are times when (for a Christian), you have to go against those in earthly authority when they are making bad decisions.
