Thankfully, that's fairly common for car jackers that steal a car with a child inside. They usualy don't have any desire to hurt the baby and the child is usually recovered shortly after. Typically the suspect abandonds the child somewhere, usually a place it's all but ceratin to be found. Typically they want your car, but don't also want to be murderers or kidnappers.
This is a great reason to conceal carry, this mother was extremely lucky and so was the child. Pay attention at stop lights, lock your doors, and make sure you have enough room to escape and maneuver when surrounded by cars at a stop light.
It's possible his homeless new face is in town. A1A on the beach between Commercial and Oakland Park . Homeless street people said they had seen him before they were looking for him and reported his location
Ummm...Florida in the summertime. If you're gonna be lazy and leave the baby, gotta leave the engine running. Pretty sure it's illegal to leave children unattended, something about negligence. But it's the car keys that got you stuck huh? 😅 I can tell you don't have children. Never have them, please. There are clearly enough garbage parents in the world without adding another...
@@HEAVENBOUND267 Accident likely orchestrated. The vehicle wouldn't've been worth stealing if the damage to it was substantial. How would the guy stealing the vehicle know the extent of damage unless he had witnessed the accident or unless a minor fender bender had been planned ahead of time and in that particular location? He dumped the vehicle way too soon and without incident for it to have been the goal. The baby could have been the goal the entire time...
Would people PREFER he didn't leave the child in an area where plenty watched him leave the child in car seat with his dna and fingerprints in front of lenty witnesses and car videos or in the middle of nowhere where no one would see him!!!!? At least give him a little bit of credit for doing the right thing after he stole the car.

@@AntonioFlowers-gi7jq : Oh, yeah! Get your baby out of the car and place her out in the hot sun in the middle of the summer in Florida. 🙄 Perhaps, someone should put you out in the hot sun for a few days.
Not defending the carjacker, BUT at least he had the humanity to put the baby off to the side of the road, and not let anything happen to the baby! You STILL DON'T carjack ANYBODY though EITHER In Essence, if he DIDN'T pull off the car jacking, he WOULDN'T have had to worry about putting the baby on the side of the road!
Thank God he didn't hurt the little child!!! Bless the people who stopped to care for her and called 911.
