- The Villas at Waterfall is the final precinct of luxury residential homes located on the apex of the estate, these homes were designed to provide spectacular views of their surrounds and overlook the entire development. Featuring the latest design trends and imported finishes, these units have large windows and provide ample natural light that flows through the open plan living spaces. The terraced entertainment area has a swimming pool and provides the perfect platform to enjoy sundowners. This home is nice and modern however the bedrooms are tiny. Barely space to fit a queen/ king size bed and pedestals. They could have sacrificed the pyjama lounge for more bedroom space. Also would have loved a splash pool in the back for the price

Why is no one talking about the house in comment section???? The kitchen is small, the price seemed too good to be true at the start of the video, now I see why, it's a small house. I like the art on the wall, but they could have gotten bigger paintings, the little guest gate looks clumsy, like dogs niche or something. I love the lighting in the house, try to speak less formally, be natural. Great video

I must be missing something since I left SA 11years ago, but who can totally afford to dish out R33k/pm and still travel the world and pay for other household and lifestyle necessities? Unless this is totally catered to the wealthy. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a person would need to be making at least north of R1m to live here.
