Carnival is definitely not Disney.I was told years ago politely no pictures.There should be signage stating no pictures or videos of any characters.Baby Noah is her dad’s twin!

Alyssa, it seems that you wanted no parts of Carnival, so no matter what they did, you were not going to be happy. I'm not knocking you for that. I have experienced the juice thing too, and it's pretty annoying, although I do order juice most times. Your baby girl is absolutely adorable.

Carnival drink package is way cheaper then Royal(in my opinion). I'm taking my first Carnival cruise next week and I can't wait.

My family has sailed Carnival twice before and we are planning to go again on Carnival Vista in January 2025, we always have a great time. Food has always been good, entertainment is great, and love the drink package.🙂 We also love going for a spa day too. Carnival is a family friendly vacation that we all can enjoy!!🚢☀🏖

I was on the Celebration in April.The service was subpar.I got to the point that I had to leave sea day brunch due to the extremely long wait,they never even came to take my order.
I was on the Mardi Gras on 7/6 and we waited about 10 minutes until our table was ready. Sorry you had that experience
My favourite part of this series is Alyssa reaching for things to complain about while griff seems to be loving it! I gotta know what Alyssa has against carnival cause there’s definitely a grudge going on here 😂

They won’t let you film because the photos are for sale…like if you go to see Santa they don’t want you photographing it
Disney also has photos for sale but not only do they let you video your family, they even take your phone and take it for you…

We were on the Jubilee a few weeks ago and we experienced the same service during our sea day brunch.
We just got off a Celebrity cruise, and they also ask you several times about drink and dinner packages. You can literally be putting food in your mouth and they are trying to upsell you. A hello is not a hello anymore, it's a hello and would you like to sign up for a package. It was really bad at the buffet.
Never experienced any upsell on my Celebrity Cruises ever.
@@wjbwendy I didn't experience it on my 7 night cruise to Bermuda on the Eclipse, but on my 4 night on the Reflection, it was excessive!

We loved the fortuneteller bar. Spent practically our whole evening there. Wife had several of the chocolate martini w/ the bubble on top.
Love the meal at Emeril’s. I’m a Louisiana native, this was all my comfort food. Note: I’ve never had a beignet served with any kind of sauce in New Orleans, just powdered sugar. $5 for 6 is not bad even if they were smaller than I would expect. Boa is shaking the powdered sugar off, she would fit right in at Cafe du Monde 😘
The only way to get free drinks is on a casino deal. I get free suites and the drink package plus some other perks on carnival.
We’re cruising the Mardi Gras soon and was offered free drinks throughout the ship, for one, for the duration of the cruise. I think it’s based on your cruise tier.

Free drinks usually come from casino offers, not the color of your card.

@DisneyACC1986 Yes, you get one free drink for gold, platinum, and diamond. Free drinks everywhere for the entire cruise are from a casino offer. 80+ cruises on Carnival.

My only thing with this channel I would say is while Noah is adorable I’ve found her to be a little distracting from the overall video content.

Hey guys. Haven’t sailed the Mardi Gras but will be on the Celebration next summer. Noa walking to brunch like she knows where she’s going😂. Yess. #2 recommended juice is my fav. But those juices do go through you 💩 😂. Unfortunately we have experienced slow service at brunch. But 30 minutes in the bread basket should’ve come already. Sorry they yelled at you. We have pics with characters a few years back. But they probably want their photographer to take and then you purchase it 🤷🏻♀️🤦♀️. I like passion fruit drinks but not with cinnamon. Alysssa you look amazing in your green dress and love the earrings. Omg. You’re right. There should be bar menus with pics on the apps. I’m looking forward to trying Emeril 😋😋😋. Guess Noa’s likes the chocolate sauce on the beignets 😂😂😂. Great vid guys. Thanks for sharing 🤗
The Celebration and Mardi Gras are very similar. I enjoyed both and will be sailing the Sunshine in October, I'm interested in downsizing to a smaller Ship

All good, Disney charges 5 times more than carnival. Just remember that.
Emeril's is great. We ate there 3-4 times last April on the Mardi Gras. They have a good breakfast too.
Steak and Eggs used to be my go to on Sea Day Brunch until they ruined it by substituting the Filet for a cheap cut of tough hard to chew meat. Now I pay the up charge and get the Shrimp and Grits. Very good. They also swapped out the Flat Iron steak in the MDR for another cheap cut of meat. I'm suspecting they did the same with the Braised Short Ribs and the Braised Brisket because they are no longer the same melt in your mouth delicious that they used to be. Disappointing to say the least.

I really like watching ur videos, I have just one complaint. often, especially when ur sitting down for a meal the sound switches and I hear one of u speaking from one earphone and the other person is switched to the other earphone. the problem is im almost completely deaf in my left ear so I cant hear the audio when its switches like that. ur eating brunch here and suddenly I can't hear Griff anymore! ur channel isn't the only one but it does seem to be more often.

They didn’t have the 12 hour French toast on our last carnival cruise. We were bummed out.
It wasn’t on the Mardi Gras in July and neither was the funfetti cheesecake. I was disappointed.
French Toast is only served during Sea Day brunch days.
@@lynnwingo we had 3 seas days. There was regular French toast, a skillet cake and something else…….no 12 hour French toast

Btw, pics not allowed by passenger issue. As in Vegas these characters always charge for pics because this is how they make money. It’s not to be mean,it’s a business for these characters. I’ll bet you that you can take pics of anything else as you did everywhere else ..😊😊
I love the brunch potatoes! I don’t think it’s tomato. I believe the reddish color is the result of paprika and perhaps other seasonings.

The view is gorgeous for your breakfast. It’s just a shame that they put More efforts towards up-selling beverage/packages to their customers rather than just concentrating on your meal keeping you happy and moving on. The bourbon moose sounds good too.😂 Griff let’s face we’re not very interested in the actual name of the place just what they have to eat and drink. 😊
In my opinion the drinks package are outrageous due to the $ ! If I drink two or three alcoholic drinks in a day, and yes, I’m a lightweight.

You are 100% correct. Childbirth has turned her into a complete DRAMA QUEEN. I used to enjoy their videos but she needs some meds to calm down. I also don’t cruise with little children anymore but it is easy to see she is stressed out 24/7.

They are in the business of making money! Mascots are a marketing strategy enticing people to buy their product/pictures. No, they should not allow you to take a picture with your phone. Alternatively consider taking pictures with the towel mascots they leave for you in your room. It cost a heck of a lot more money to cruise with Disney than what carnival charges. I assure you, you are paying for those pictures through Disney as well. The fee is just hidden. Thanks for asking.

You can’t film only in that area not unheard of as they sell photos but you can film thru out the rest of the ship. As for the food it is mainly casual dining and not top notch dining but it is good and lots of options.
Guy burger, Mexican, chicken , Chinese, Italian , dining and terrible buffet but it’s all good. We only had delay dining in the Italian restaurant which is not bad. I love the ship and have been on it a couple of times. So what it comes down to it is different strokes for different folks. I have alway enjoyed your past clips but you seemed annoyed in this one since the get go.

We had a blast with specialty bars, we got the drink package!! Absolutely hated main dining room, staff was not to friendly and food just ok! We spent a lot of time at Emerils, couple times at ChiBang, Chef's Table, Steakhouse, Rudy's (wasn't a fan of Rudy's), and the italian place was just ok!
Also...that is not right that they wanted to be upset about you recording!

I agree that it’s dumb that you can’t film with the towel animal guy. They don’t let you take your own pictures with the costumed people at any of the ports either. They want to sell the pictures. I guess Disney figures that since they charge 3 times more than anyone else they can let you take your own pictures. 😂
