Kathiawadi cuisine is distinctively more spicy and less sweet as compared to the Gujarati cuisine.Adadiya paak is their special sweet made out of udid daal, sugar, edible gum and dry fruits spiced with dry ginger powder and nutmeg.. never to be missed..

Hi Sneha all yummy dishes & u all 3 enjoyed a lot. Actually Authentic Kathiyawadi dishes r very spicy, hot & tangy. Whatever u hv tasted r modern touch of Kathiyawadi dishes.& Gujarati dishes r totally different it's not that spicy. The winter Gujarati special dishes r Undiyu, Paunkh, Umbadiyo, other dishes dal dhokli & Kadi, u tried all these ? These r all Authentic Gujarati dishes. If u hv not tried then next time u try these items. Really superb 😋😋. V always enjoy all these dishes in Mumbai.
