Thank you for allowing me to live vicariously through you, all the stuff you do is something that if i were able, I'd love to do. But I get to watch you without all the stress of actually dealing with all the bull crap.
Dang you two you get me hooked on watching you and you only give us one video a week but I do look forward to your video. Would love to see more you got a lot of work ahead of you especially if you're going to replumb for gas.

You folks are so much fun to hang out with ... And hardly noticeable that a bit of learning is happening all along the way. Simply genius. One could call you both desert lifeguards! All that's needed now is a lifeguard tower, and some sexy uniforms! You already have sand and perhaps a 12 inch water column... Oh how does the land provide? If only I had learned to count so high.
Yay! Had to make some coffee to enjoy with my Herb-O-Matic video. The critical systems of that house are all so janky that a slab-up renovation might be the easiest route. I seriously doubt that there is anything to code.
Well guys The Propane fellow really knows his business . Seems to me your got a lot of work ahead of you to update and make your house safe for propane.Don't get discouraged it can be done .
I used to live off grid had a couple large portable propane tanks that I would take to town and get filled easy just like living in a mobile home no red tape involved . Just be safe is the key .
Good morning! First...I subscribed to your channel....two, I'm commenting as I watch this latest episode. The gas, flipping thingy, drag racing effects and your wifes head comments were funny too!
Your screen shot of the nuclear blast going off behind your house hooked me and reeled me in. Your current video was very funny - as always - but there was also a lot of interesting, real-world information in there too. LOL, when I saw the first video of your "new" house, my initial thought was exactly as you mentioned - if the craptastic propane set-up that you can actually see looks dangerous, how much worse might be the part you can't see. Love your vids. Thanks!
I have been in Propane business for over 50 Years and copper is perfectly fine for Propane. But it should be at least 1/2" OD. But the gas guy was right about the ball valves and the need for a High Pressure regulator., and if you need a larger feeder pipe would be 3/4"
One late comment. I would get a drone to use to scout the land looking for lost husbands. They can now be programmed to fly exact routes just like the farm videos. You make my Saturday much better…,,
Wow, I'd just rip it all out and re-pipe that whole propane system to be safe! Looks like Arons is the guy to give you instructions or do the job for you.
Why stop at the slab? If he's going that far he could dig out "Bunker MK2".......... You can see it in his eyes. He yearns for more subterranean shenanigans. 😁
Good to see a pro taking a look at that and he will be familiar with code in that area. The flexible underground pipe might not be approved, but now you know what to get to complete the job.
The gas guy knows his stuff. I spent 13 years working on commercial pressure washers and used to run into problems with lp all the time. There’s pressure and there’s volume. Commercial pressure washers can pull 400,000 btu’s and up for the burner so your idea for high pressure to a manifold sounds good. That way you can regulate the gas pressure for each appliance independently and you won’t starve the stove when something else like the water heater turns on.
For your washes, just dump a load of gravel onto each of them. That'll get you through a couple of monsoon seasons, then you do it again. The alternative is to take your grader or tractor and shove all the sand aside. It'll come back when the washes run, which will give you something to do with all that free time. 😎☘️
I can’t wait for busters fort build! Haha maybe put a collar on him that would open up the door so he can still go play with birds when he wants but at night a safe cozy place to sleep
Outdoor cats should not use collars. Take him to the vet and do a checkup, vaccines and a chip under his skin. That chip can be used to activate the cat door.

Remarkable memory on Aaron, the gas guy. You're so lucky to have him. I'm glad you guys were on the same page. The colder months will make it easier to get into the attic. Rehabilitating that house could take years, and never be done. The only plus side in my view is that you'd have plenty of UA-cam material. And what about those washes, long term? That's gonna take some time and money to make right.)
Loppers work well but I recently got a 6-in handheld chainsaw. I got it from Temu for 30 something dollars with two batteries and it is absolutely amazing. One handed you can easily cut all of those bushes in seconds.
