If you are planning to keep it for longer period then go for petrol if you are gonna have daily running of 50+ kilometers then go for CNG never the less the petrol milage will remain same on CNG verient also

mai ise 100 percent true to nahi manunga lekin technically kya hai ki cng me chalne se petrol ke mukable wear and tear jyada ho jata hai tu uske baad aap use petrol par bhi chalae to bhi engine jitna ghisna tha utna ghiss chuka hai to vo kuch had tak aapke fuel economy par bhi asar dalega lekin ekdum hi worst hota hai esa muze nahi lagta

If yearly running is 8 to 10 k then go for petrol And as far as both these cars are concerned then I would say if you are going for 700 then there is no clarity about the deliveries because that car has got massive booking you can go for hector but I would still place seltos over hector , I would suggest ,test drive both hector and Seltos and if you are ready to wait then you can test drive 700 also

I have been running my I10 for almost a decade on CNG and never faced any problem whatsoever!
My running cost is almost half on CNG as compared to petrol.
On petrol my car gives a mileage of 13 kmpl and on CNG its 20kmpl in local driving!
All CNG owners know that on the long route, you first drive on CNG and then shift to petrol before you find another CNG station ( which you will probably find before your CNG tank runs out )
The only downside is that its initially expensive to buy as compared to petrol car and you have to always get out of the car during CNG filling - which is very annoying if you're travelling with family!

Well there are CNG Cars available in the market like alto , wagonR, santro , ertiga etc. i don't know about the waiting periods, Although tiago is a good car to own no problem with that even hyundai santro is also a good option

if looking for nov. end then go for petrol manual tiago is a good product although all cars are having waiting periods due to chip shortage if you are getting manual in time then go for it 👍, just for some additional information tiago is also gonna come in electric but it will take much more time

Wagon R is a good car though ... but safety is a little bit of concern there ... otherwise the car is good .... the close competetor of wagonR is hyundai Santro with same tall boy design which also comes with CNG you can just test drive that one also

Ur views regarding lubricant consumption in cng is a myth. And non technical. Actually, if car is driven on petrol, lubricant have a more washaway a effect than cng, which results in partial less lubrication in petrol to engine and more lubrication to engine in case of cng. The effect of the less lubrication in petrol is also marginal. So the fact what your claiming may be true for aftermarket cng kit, since the all parameters may not in tune with engine specs. But in factory fitted cng ur statement is incorrect and false.

Considering all the points I think you should go for a petrol car , in the budget of 6-7 lakhs , I think you have two options 1st being Suzuki S-presso top varient of this car costs you 6.10 lac. but this car is not great in terms of safety but offer's you good ground clearance which is necessary in the rural area 2nd option is Tata Punch this car starts at 5 lac. ex showroom so this car is good in terms of safety offers good ground clearance it's just that you won't be able to purchase top varient of this car in 7 lac. if you are oky with it then TATA PUNCH can be a great option
