      have you done the points/items mentioned in this video? Or something like it? What concerns do you have ? Really, these questions are for any age, addingthe 20's, 30's, etc. is for SEO, and build rapport. I think everyone knows what to do, but need the affirmation. Just do, and your market/audience/customer/ etc, will affirm you. Practice!

    I have been listening to you guys for a while now (maybe missed out on a few earlier episodes), but your analogy on seeing the eggs being made rather than actually make it is the best till date.

  • @bradsnyder124
    @bradsnyder124 Рік тому +8

    Shaans egg video analogy is dead accurate.
    This problem is an epidemic on the internet.
    I realized this years ago after tons of info consumption.
    You need to be on team producer instead of team consumer.
    Lecturing birds how to fly and reading the physics of bike riding to ride a bike comes to mind.

    If you're reading this and haven't started a business yet the eggs thing is extremely true.
    I've been building businesses for nearly 6 years and on my 2nd start up (I'm 26) - I tune in to see how other entrepreneurs think and I search for golden nuggets that I can implement in my business or entrepreneurial journey. If you don't have a business or are not currently grinding a project that you can actually implement the feedback into.. then there is no zero reason to be spending this much time looking at this kind of content.
    P.S - I have 25 staff & currently am preparing for an 8 figure exit.

    Making eggs analogy. "Find a way for money to be the by-product (like the exhaust coming out of the chimney) [from] the factory of interestingness" - Shaan Puri. "Just the tips". Awesome talk.

    It’s amazing how Shaan touches on a deep truth in Epistemology without realising it during his Egg rant.
    Knowledge is created by conjecture and criticism (trial and error), it cannot be transferred. I.e, you can watch a guy cook the perfect egg, but in order to truly have that knowledge, you have to create it in your own mind; the knowledge cannot be faithfully transferred from the guy’s mind to your mind.
    Karl Popper discovered this truth about knowledge almost 100 years ago
    Shaan Puri the unwitting Philosopher

    • @Action2me
      @Action2me Рік тому +1

      Big facts. Though Karl Popper was not the first. This fact is as old as knowledge itself. It’s a very prominent lesson in Buddhism.

    I actually asked you guys this question before in a comment on one of your UA-cam videos. When I asked it it wasn't so I get a blueprint on how to get rich doing newsletters. I wanted to know if given everything that you've learned since you've become successful would you take the same route. Because you've been podcasting about people making millions selling water bottles, you're investing in real estate, selling products, or even advised your producer to charge money as a consultant. So I don't think it's a lazy question at all.

    Hey guys, love the podcast! I feel like I have 2 new buddies to hang out with and learn from. I do have a question and I know you must have tons of these to answer, nevertheless I'll take my shot, Jai bam bole. My question is this - For somebody who is just starting their career or personal brand and do not know what brand positioning might work in their favor, how do you decide what to talk about and whether it would have value. I ask this because I wanted to understand how it plays out if you wanted to completely switch what you talk about. If a known blockchain expert on twitter starts talking about cartoon films, how does that work? Do you only have one shot at deciding what you can talk about? I know this a lengthy read and if you're still here, I love you.

      imo its just trial and error, from my own experience, i am a young, and I came to realize trying to find something to do or talk about is just that, dont hold yourself back from exposure for feedback.

    This is definitely not a typical question I would ask, but The Hockey Dude, why was that money taken out called Escrow. LOL Probably bothering me, cause I have been dealing with realestate and escrow money, but still hilarious it triggered me, when correcting people on meanings of words is the last thing I would be known for. hahahaha
