Can I use the cardboard off the raw skins ? To make a filter
Yes you can. The loose piece of cardboard that's held inside the flap with papers works perfectly.
@@fajitacologne ye bro I was thinking instead of buying the raw cardboard just use the cardboard off the skins so it’s cool
Until recently buying myself a pack of the Raw tips, I've always used a piece of the folded under flap that is in the top of hardpack cigarette packs or empty paper pack.
I use to take that little piece of cardboard for inside my cigarette pack, that little strip.
Can you do this with paper?
It works best if it is a thicker cardstock than just regular paper. It also doesn't burn easily once the joint gets short as well
This is why we have premade cones, this is so unnecessary time wise. Maybe this is cheaper but I get 30 cones for $5.99 so I wouldn’t think you’d save much.
Indeed, pre-made cones offer significant time savings and can be quite cost-effective, especially when purchased in bulk. The DIY approach might offer a sense of personalization and satisfaction, but it's hard to beat the convenience and price of pre-made options, especially if you're finding a good deal like 30 cones for $5.99. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and priorities, whether it's convenience, cost, or the enjoyment of crafting something by hand.
How will I make it stay? Will it not unroll?
Stiff cardboard rolled correctly will maintain its form. Try it!
@@fajitacologne I use raw aswell and mine unroll
So far, the only way i've found to make it stick is licking it, getting it all sticky so it wont unroll. Kinda gross but havnt found any other solution
