I have two pedal boards and the jvm drive is on both of them , it is my go to for gain. Having tried so many boutique drives this one is still the best and the 18 volts feature makes it sound very articulate, great for punk or metal or blues. In short it sounds exactly like an amp

I hit like automatically. Wish I could hit it again after watching. You are such a quality and tasteful player. Excellent gear too.

But your guitar, amp and good playing ...well that's a major influence.

I have this and a few more Weehbos. This is a great pedal. Also, the Morbid Drive and the Dual PlexFace this one has an 87 and 59 plexi with flat or pushed mids and the fender side has a twin and a tweed setting Dane flat or pushed. That’s 4 settings of different amps in one pedal. I stupidly sold it needing money. I literally bought it back from the gig. He was nice enough to sell it back. And the SLODrive obviously the Soldano type pedal.

@@ambrosechau2747oh man I just saw this. I’m so sorry. It’s been a year. So idk what you decided. I use humbuckers and I typically use a good amp. I’ve been playing since I’m a kid so it’s taken me yrs to work up to good gear. As it should. I think it’s a miracle I didn’t quit because I had unplayable gear. Got a job. Kept practicing. When I got better I saved up n traded up. These pedals are great. It takes yrs to research and watch videos and read how to get the best sound. No problem getting a great sound out of this pedal. Not thin. Btw. When you use distortion if you’re using an amp use it with a bit of a slight crunch behind it. If you’re using an overdrive you can use it with your amp’s distortion and sculpt the sound you want. Same with fuzz. I use it with crunch. Some fuzz pedals even have it mixed with distortion. In other words I do not prefer a clean platform. Whether it’s an amp or a modeler. Also, if you’re using say a distortion channel on ur amp. You can get a good overdrive by turning up the pedal’s volume turn down the gain. You’ll hear a whole new sound. A better sound. Let me know if you ever saw this. Sorry again.
