I just finished playing the chapter myself (thanks to my son constantly grabbing my attention away.)
I knew that Farah would have slipped that screwdriver in MC's pocket. I've said I write notes, I even wrote my thoughts on the screwdriver. Though AWW Jun coming to try rescue you ❤️
I think MC is a fool for quickly forgiving Farah and Dante, even if they did have good reason for doing what they did. You even get to choose if you're angry or not at them several times, so I thought "Brilliant! You get to be angry at them!" Then... "We did it for xyz reason." "Oh, alright, I forgive you." Just like that. FFS >< No. I don't care their reasoning, even if it was good. How hurt would you feel if your friends turned on you in a heartbeat like that, even if they did it to help you? In the moment, you'd feel betrayed. Really hurt. I've been in that position (though not to this extreme, but just having friends suddenly turn on me for basically a stupid reason without warning or giving me a chance to even try fix anything - not that I was at fault, but it wouldn't have stopped me trying, coz I valued those friendships) and it hurts like hell. So that's why I think MC is a fool.
Steve was suspicious there though. Not saying it was him or not, but he wanted Nick to give him more shares, but Nick refused, saying he had enough, but then we had seen Steve before trying to steal off with Nick's blueprints. He says he wanted to sell them, but what if he was looking for any documentation about the shares?
I still have my own theories. Crystal seemed rather assured of your guilt. Something about her just doesn't feel right to me.
Also I was wrong about the room - unless I read it wrong, I thought we got locked in the room we were trying to get to. Turned out to be his office, not the conference room. Ah well. My theory about Farah and Dante doing it to make the others think they thought you were guilty was somewhat right though, even if Farah was doing it so she could slip you the screwdriver. But even though I was right in that they didn't really think you were guilty, I'm still pissed MC forgave them so easily.
One extra Jun moment compared to the others in this chapter, but it doesn't make up for the endless chapters of neglect PB did for him.
*Edit* watching some parts of your videos back for reference against my notes. Steve was trapped by the lasers in the same office you were locked in. Lends a bit of weight to my earlier comment. If he knew what Nick was planning, what else could he have been looking for in there?
Hello I enjoy discussing with you every chapter in the comment section. So for sure Crystal is fishy but what if there's a second killer? If there is who is it - Pete or Steve? I can't choose because both have strong motives. Pete could just be pretending he didn't know about the Whoosh sale and he is very quiet and cool compared to hotheaded Steve. Nothing wrong with that but maybe he is hiding something.

I've said I try to look at different angles on things. Evidence is piling against Steve since he knew about the sale, was angry about it, and wanted more shares. Maybe he thought killing Nick would aid in that somehow and was looking for anything he could use to claim more shares in the office, coming across the blueprints as he did so. But it could also be a red herring.
Then there's Pete. He could think he stands to gain a lot since he's Nicks business partner, as well as wanting to take Whoosh in a different direction that Nick didn't. But then, we know that wouldn't have worked anyway.
But Angelina... she was all over your supposed guilt before, and yet, she now thinks "she's not sure you're guilty" and wants to take you food. She's angry at whoever killed Nick, but after accusing you, thinks you deserve food? Another motive for taking you food, perhaps?
But then I've also seen a film where everyone is guilty. They all had a hand in it. Every one of them - bar the LIs - had some sort of motive to kill either Nick or Medhani. It's not a typical thought on a "whodunnit?" which would also result in "thinking outside the box" like the next chapter synopsis says. There are other theories, but those are some of my thoughts atm. What about you?

Edit: Is the next chapter the finale? I don't know as I haven't read this book at all I just watch Lokim23's play throughs.
@youtubecommentergal4346 No. Chapter 17 is next, but they have chapter 19 listed as coming soon. I imagine either the 19 or even 20 chapters based on what chapter 18s synopsis is.
