We are buying cybex balios s lux now I found 3/1 for 620e. My question is wait for new one or the new ones arent better than the old ones. Likewise, it will certainly be much more expensive

Hi, yes you can use the seat itself from birth, or add the Carrycot or compatible infant carrier too.
