Driving unloaded Forward = decline Reverse = incline Driving loaded Forward = incline Reverse = decline Resoan behind that CG as triangle known Thank you for informative video
we all hear about capacity plate on a forklift. How would you know you are lighting a load beyond the truck captivity?Quite simple the rear weel would raise when picking up that load. I Is your fork in all the way in to the back test?these are factors to be consider when picking up a load.(Canada)
Vishnoo Ramdin Hi Vishnoo-technically speaking, an operator should know the weight of the object being lifted to ensure the capacity of the machine is not exceeded. Exceeding the designed load capacity of any forklift is considered unsafe.
I would defer to the manufacturer’s written recommendations for safe operation of the forklift in question. The operator’s manual should mention something about the pins.
Ok... So people know everything posted here using common sense. Now answer what are the best tricks to measure forks height correctly and easily? Who gives way to whom when entering/leaving the warehouse/cross section?
This guy is wrong. If you pass you can drive anything upto 5000kg. Regardless of make or model. Aslong as it consists to the certificate. Reach/counterbalance etc. This guy is basically saying if you pass your driving test in a astra. You can't drive a peugeot. He is wrong on this point. Ignore him.

What about the pins on the fork? Do they have to be on or lifted?
