Thank you so much for taking the time to watch it. It is one of my favorite videos to make but since its Baltimore it hasn't gotten as many views as my internacional videos.
We are your fellow residents of this beautiful neighborhood as well! Your beautiful tribute to Fells Point appropriately highlights why my wife and I absolutely LOVE living here and cannot imagine living anywhere else!
Thank you so much for expressing how much you love Fells Point just as much as we do. And thank you even more for taking the time to watch my humble tribute to the most wonderful neighborhood in Baltimore!
Brother I am here with my wife celebrating our 7 year anniversary, and your video is amazing. If a stranger comes up to you and gives you and gives you and your wife a hug, don't be surprised. Fels Point is one of our favorite spots, and you represent it well!
Thank you so much Arnold! My wife and I have also been married for 7 years and would have loved to run into you guys. We ended up going to the opening of a friends new restaurant in Fed Hill yesterday instead so sorry we missed that hug! Congrats on your anniversary and I hope you had an amazing time along the waterfront in our beautiful Fells Point!
What a beautiful love letter to Fells Point. We’re staying at the Admiral Fells Inn in a few weeks. I had no idea it was haunted. Will have to do some research. Thank you for this beautifully done video!
Why thank you so much! How wonderful you're coming for a visit and staying at the Admiral's Fell Inn. Be sure to check out the Anchor Bar in the basement and talk to the bartender Steve about the hauntings there at the hotel. He is also the best mixologist in all of Fells Point.
This is the most beautiful video I’ve seen on Fells Point! definitely you are making me go to visit it again this wonderful neighborhood. I used to work at Design Collective at the Power Plant building and walked many times along the boardwalk to Fells Point. like 30 mins to get there, it’s a beautiful scenic walk with tons of history. Your lucky to live in this neighborhood. I’m putting on my list at least 3 or 4 places you mentioned, the pubs there are fantastic. The Sagamore hotel it’s definitely worth the visit, it’s an incredible beautiful renovation and it’s interior garden and Botero sculpture are wonderful. Just waiting for a sunny day to get there. Saludos David!

While it doesn't have the most views, this Fells Point video is my favorite of all the ones I've produced. Our neighborhood has so much to offer as you mentioned and be sure to DM if you visit and we'll grab beer on the waterfront.
I just watch your Baltimore video and I truly appreciate it , such a nice place with so much history. Great way to go about living in your neighborhood and enjoy every corner of it . Nice work 😊my friends 🙏😍🥃🍻☕️
Beautiful video, thank you for posting! I'm in the process of buying a sailboat and researching the Marinas in Maryland for long term live aboard. This little City just seems so Magical! I'm a New Yorker, I think I need some city in me to survive 😂 This place fits the bill, ocean front property on a sailboat and city living . Perfect marriage.
Walter, thank you so much for watching and hopefully subscribing (if you haven't already lol)! And, I totally can relate about the need for city living! Truth be told, you could not pick a better place to live on a sailboat than in Maryland and especially in Fells Point. You'll have all the natural beauty of the waterfront with amazing bars and restaurants only steps away from the docks. We are after all, the sailing capitol of the world!!! And please, let me know when you get that boat and sail her in; I'll show some of the best spots in the neighborhood.

Kewl video,.....I remember when Surf Side Sallys, was put in. In the early '90's.... my Mother lived on Bond St. Around the corner from Horse You Road In On....they did up the piers and docks, beautifully, since then.... that used to be nothing but feild and railroad tracks across from the end of Bond st and the new brick harbor pier they built, along with the big pay to park, parking lot....my favorite was Full Moon Saloon.....as I'm a bassist, and would jam with the fellaz on jam night Rockn Rodney & the Glenmont Pope's....and Def a Natty Bo, Thang !. My Mother Bar-Tended Mel's for a decade.... after the Bmore Riots, Fells Point really went to crap....lets just say it gets waaay too dark at night, for me, anymore......lol ....ya got the Motorcycle Boyz taking over Fells Point Square, every Friday and Saturday night.......I havent been back since the last Shindig Festival around 4 or 5yrs back.... it was an AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE DURING THE 80'S AND 90'S.....
The 80s and 90s were definitely the golden years of Fells. I totally remember Surfside Sallys and Bohagers too. I hear ya that the neighborhood has changed a lot especially at night with we all know who causing mayhem but we tend to do more day drinking now (we're all older now...lol) and it feels totally safe. Hopefully you come back for some beers and live music one day soon. As always, thanks for commenting, liking and hopefully subscribing.
How about a round of brewskies on me?? 😊🍻
Oh, very cool! That is something I did not know. There are so many artistic and talented people that come from Baltimore, including Julia Louis Dreyfus, Edward Norton, and of course, our beloved John Waters, to name a few.
Wow! This is such a nice video, and I can tell you put a lot of effort into it (on par with the "Love Letter to Antigua" video). I just put that Edgar Allan Poe bar onto my bucket list so I'll have to visit someday haha (and for sure grab some of those Miguel's Minis the next morning). I love the narration (especially using words like "chagrin"). One suggestion, though I'm not entirely sure it would flow with your overall style, but it would be to include a map of these places, or at least the city/state in the beginning of the videos. I'm from Detroit myself but I'm not sure if I could pinpoint Baltimore on a blank US map (those East Coast states are so tiny). And I could probably map out major cities in Mexico or Guatemala, but I'm not sure where some of the other Guatemalan locations from your video are located. But I'm glad to see your wife, Monica, from Venezuela/Colombia(?) enjoying the life over there. My girlfriend is from Guatemala (we live in LA) and she's scared to death of Midwest winters and would never visit Michigan outside of summer. Anyway, the quality of your content on this channel thus far is way ahead of your views and subscriber count (in a good way). If these are your "learning" or "sucky" videos (as most UA-camrs later on refer to their earliest videos), my god this channel is going to explode. Even if this video doesn't get the views now, it's only a matter of time before others discover your content and this and your other videos take off. Keep at it!
Thanks Dan! Your map idea is a good suggestion and I will try and incorporate some into my future content. As far as the growth of my channel, I kind of like growing slowly because I know my subscribers are here because they truly enjoy my style and content rather than just being fair weather subscribers. And anytime you make it to Baltimore, please get in touch and I'll show you around Fells Point. Otherwise, hopefully we will meet up for some drinks in Antigua. We plan to be there around the third week of October and stay into November.
@@DavidFontana-LionsWork Would love to! And my birthday is October 14th and am thinking about visiting Antigua for that, at least for the weekend (my g/f is about to buy a property there so I'll probably be visiting more often).
