This build is simple and modern, I really like it! I should try building more apartment blocks, haha
For apartments, I mostly build townhouses or multiple houses in huge lots.

Yeah, i could do that! In this case these apartments were made for single sims or only for couples with affordable rent! Thanks for the suggestion!
