Not fear per se, but fear with discomfort. I have been putting off going to the gym for fear of getting looked at weird or being made fun of. I am quite obese but constantly think that maybe I should do something against it, so I started doing exercises for elders off of UA-cam at home, marching in one place, moving my arms and hips etc. I felt weird and stupid. This message today is a confirmation for me to keep doing it that way for a while, until I feel comfortable enough to actually go to the gym.

Pile #1. Of course my shadow loves me! I love it. I treat it like the angry child that never gets the attention it needs, by giving it the attention it needs. What I've found doing intense shadow work is that I can still carry a lot of light with that shadow, and each reflects the other.
Pile 2 is spot on for me I have been struggling with job and I am trying my best but I am worned out and I took rest from the process but I can no longer push it further due to my financial situation and it is really haunting me!! My mom died July 16th 2023…I spent my birthday at the crematory…..she was my only parent and The only one who never left or gave up on me she IS STILL my beautiful mother but now she is my angel…she has shown me her presence and my spirit animal of the GREAT OWL….spirit has shown her the way like I could not her human could not keep from being scared of my spiritual beliefs….im so happy now she sees it’s beautiful and not scary….I miss her and I talk to her everyday….this has been MY GREATEST loss in my life and I’ve lost people who I loved more than anything…..19 days later my daughters father died on august 6th….it’s been a rough month

Pile #3 I’ve been grieving myself. 2 years ago I got an injury that turned into a disability. I’m healing I can walk again but my body isn’t the same. I had a child a year ago and that too changed my body and life completely. I’ve been feeling like I have no life anymore. There’s little what I could do that I can now.
