Fun fact, David Yazbek, who co-wrote the theme song to WiTWICS, was a writer for "Square One TV" during its first and second seasons.
+Michael Glickman: And presenting studio WQED Pittsburg also helped in the production of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Luckily, despite the shared studio, Brazilian born crime queen Carmen Isabella Sandiego didn't nix it (However fittingly, I do think one of her nefarious n'er-do-wells did steal something from Pittsburg, so they threw in a nod to Mr. Rogers) in one of her shows in a crossover. However, Sesame Street's Big Bird, Reading Rainbow's LeVar Burton, Bill Nye the Science Guy, and Arthur author Marc Brown all appeared on the Neighborhood (not simultaneously, as that would be too awesome, I guess), as did other celebrities like cello player Yo Yo Ma.
I don't really see what that has to do with my previous comment, but I'll take it anyway.
Mathnet was a segment on Square One Television.
cool
My fave part when Jessica is hugging Greg after marking seven countries and captured Camen Sandiego!
+Jackie Ellis I could be wrong or joking but, I think Jessica has a crush on Greg.
Not to mention also Jackie, it was a photo finish as Jessica snagged Carmen just as time expired. Talk about close.
aceattorney1989 I wouldn’t say that. In fact it looked more like he hugged her. It is good to see someone win for once though.
Damn. How do you put in a VHS cleaner into UA-cam? Eh... I’ll figure it out later.
At the buzzer! (Good thing they later discarded having clues read during the final round as it wasted a lot of precious seconds.)
I remember when these first aired and they read the clues - such a waste of time! They really improved things after season 1 finished airing :)
stay cool
George Frankly is my favorite character on Mathnet. I love how half the time he makes an idiot out of himself (He doesn't know what the number 38 is, what the ocean is, he keeps losing Mr. Beasley's belongings, etc.)
CCooL!!
I think the voice meant JayHAWKS not birds.
@ThatDudeintheHoodie I don't think smashing pots to find rupees works the same way as it did in The Legend of Zelda.
+Shellby Brown Link did smash pots to find rupees, though he could find rupees in a lot of places, and other items in pots as well.
+Shellby Brown: Both shows also had a budget, so only a select few people actually won the grand prize (a trip to anywhere in the lower 48 states for WitiCS? or a resort family vacation or space camp for LotHT).

You mean in WitWiCS (Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?).
Is it just me or were these first season episodes really on the move? Feels like they’re trying to cram more into the time allotted.
If they were low on funds in India why didn't they just smash pots?
MATHNET FTW!
It's so weird to hear Rockapella just say "The Loot" every time instead of singing some sort of description.
From what they said recently on the reunion show, that was a bit of defiance for being censored.

Let's get packing!
India the subcontinent country. Kansas Jayhawks.
Really? People have time to denigrate a children's game show that has been off the air for nearly two decades? Sad. Maybe humanity really is spinning down the toilet.
Amazing job guys!!
