I think Kronika’s is badly placed, she endlessly kills and revives you. The fatality only ends when you decide to end it. It’s unique, gory and probably the most painful

Kronika by far has the most cruel evil and scariest finisher in Mortal Kombat history.
Sad this UA-camr didn’t think so. I don’t get how he didn’t like it. It’s part of her kharacter. That should’ve been in the top 3 easily. His suggestion isn’t really great. Why wouldn’t you want to Kronika to have your opponent ripped in half, split in half and explode over and over and over?

I get what you are saying. With her power to control time. She honestly could do more with a finishing move. Should of had more than 1 as well. Yes being killed over, and over is brutal. But with her powers. With how extremely powerful she is. I have to agree with him.

What I like about Double Down the most is that Shao steps past you, well more like through you, to symbolize his superiority. Like taking the saying "No one will stop me" very literal

Love this list, although I'd rate Kronika's way higher. What's better than a fatality? Inflicting that same fatality over and over until the end of times; I love the concept of eternal torment in fiction.
The number 1 fatality was also in Battle of the Realms and it's even more brutal because you get close ups on the eyes during and after.
Oh yeah. The close-up on Kung Lao after he’s ripped in half. Totally gruesome.

It’s actually Shinnok’s 3rd time as the Final Boss. As he was the final boss in Sub-Zero mythologies. And yes that game does count.

The number one spot, I remember I called Shao Kahn’s fatality “The Curtain Opens”because Shao Kahn acts like a big shot and he jush shoves through the center of his opponent while opening them up like a curtain ✨✨
In Deadly Alliance Both Shang Tsung and Quan chi were both final bosses depending on who you face last.
You’re right. I didn’t want to put Shang Tsung’s ranking on another list, and Quan Chi is someone I plan on covering alone.

I'm sorry, but if this is supposed to rank "final" bosses, then Shao Kahn in MK11 and Deception should not count since he was demoted to a regular playable character.
Also, Shang Tsung and Quan Chi from Deadly Alliance should've been ranked (albeit rather lowly) since they were both the final bosses of said game.

I say kronikas is the worst easily. Sure dying painfully is one thing but not being able to die while constantly being ripped to shreds in multiple ways and then be put back together only to be ripped up another way would be absolutely devastating
Agreed, it's not that it's gruesome that's so terrifying to me. It's just the pure fact it's almost implied she's not gonna stop doing it for who knows how long while reviving and killing you over and over. Nightmarish

Shao kahn had a ruff start but he ripped thru his way to the top lol
I feel like Kronikas fatality should have at least been top 3. Imagine getting killed, revived, killed, revived, killed, revived for infinity. Its one of the most brutal fatalities in the series history..going from being in unmatched pain then dying then being brought back to life just to endlessly get killed and revived over and over again. Its extremely disturbing.
I've always preferred fatalities that are just quick and efficient kills, alot of fatalities just take too long and have pointless steps

Fun Fact: Both Shao Kahn and Motaro were playable BEFORE MK Trilogy back in 1995 on Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for the Sega Genesis.
Same for the SNES version alongside Cyber Smoke.

It’s unfortunate that Shao Kahn doesn’t have any fatalities in MK vs DC.
I do like your idea of revealing in the hourglass you were losing in every timeline against Kronika, but I just find the idea of an endless Fatality just horrific a concept, it's not just one violent death it's many if not infinite with her case.

In my school vr game Kronika was given a new Fatality where she pushed the enemy into her hour glass and scattered every piece of the opponent through the space time continuem and by the way her new boss fight is a temporal pain in the ass

Regarding Shao Kahns playable appearances, im gonna guess you meant appearances where he has finishers and is playable, which woukd be 3. But in total i believe Shao Kahn is playable in 5 of the games.

Shao Kahn’s Double Down fatality was actually referenced in Mortal Kombat: Battle of the Realms.
I agree with number one but Kronika should be number two, one of the few fatalities I truly love in mk11.

That Corrupted Shinnok's cinematic fatality was/is iconic. Def in top 10 fatalities of all times imo.
I think Corrupted Shinnoks fatality is bloody and gory. But I think I can change that. Maybe he threw the opponent into the Jinsei and then the opponent can’t control the Jinseis power, then finally they explodes. It’s really the bomb!
13-N64 Trilogy Khan's Fatality... yeah... I saw that comming, at least it made boss and mid-boss fatalities a real deal, along with another that is much worse.
12-Looks cool but... underwelming.
11-Looks cool (again), I think it could have been better in execution.
10-Yeahl, also underwelming, but much better than Corrupted Shinnok's as it shows her time manipulation powers, but pulls out (kinda) a Mk4/9 Quan-Chi.
9-Is No.12 but much better done overall.
8-It just goes way too fast, but man, it's a good one.

4-Straight to the point gain, we can't deny how cool is to take out the head instead of squashing it.
3-Jax stealed this fatality from Khan in Mk9, good pacing and feels right for Khan.
2 and 1- Yeah, like I didn't saw those comming, the Deception/Unchained fatal now is done right and the last one is just too cool and a veeery unique way to really show Khan as the big baddy we loved to hate back then.

I love Kronika's fatality. It's very much in character just to torture you repeatedly using her time powers. But I like your idea too. Though I don't know how you'd do that in a timely manner.
the #1 pick is so iconic that in MK battle of the realms (still a bad movie) used that fatality on Kung Lao

Number 3:Kronika like Cetrion is a Mispotential Characters,She could have been the First Neutral Boss Villain in the Franchise that because of Raiden's Actions,the Hourglass Cracks and it's a Sign that Armageddon is Happening Beyond Anybody's Control,Even Kronika can't fix it so She has to Reset the Timeline as a Final Resort so She needs to Remove Things Rather She Like it of Not as the Hourglass is a Curse,but What We Got is a Wasted Potential and Opportunity of a Complex Villain.
and Number 1 and 2: Shao Kahn and Shinnok,I Love these Villains in Different Ways the Same goes to They Fatalities and Skins,Shao Kahn is Iconic and is One of the Few Villains that Brought Tragedy and Suffering to Good,Neutral,and Evil Characters in the Story and how Ruthless He is in the Games that Me and My Sibling Remembers the Suffering We Got at Beating Him in MK9 and Shinnok is Hands Down My Favorite MK Villain in the Franchise other than Wuan Chi,Sektor,Onaga,and Noob Saibot because Other than the One Being,the Fallen Elder God is the First Evil on the Franchise and Brought a Large Impact that Could Rival or Surpass the Emperor of Outworld's Action,It's a Shame that these Villains doesn't get the Recognition that they Deserve in Modern Games,especially on MK11,maybe One Day Someday They can be Powerful Tyrant We Know and Love,also this Ranked Video is Spot On.

Been looking forward to the MK bosses video. I knew Shao Kahn's first fatality from MKT would be at the bottom, it's just rushed and bland (Just like Motaro's, which is much worse) Thankfully, that's his only bad fatalitiy. Even though Shinnok was my least favorite boss (Most seem to hate Kronika more, but she was just there and irrelevant for me) I forgot that both of his MK4 fatalities are pretty good (I guess him being a crappy boss overshadowed his fatalities to me lol) Shao Kahn is the best MK Boss (and one of the best video game bosses period) and has the best boss fatalities! Love both of his MK11 fatalities. I forgot about his hammer fatality in MK9, but not the other one which I was sure would be #1. That fatality is so damn brutal and crazy! It reeks of "Move b*tch, get out the way!" lol. It also reminds me of Noob Saibot's fatality in MK9 where he rips the opponent in half. I love to hate Shao Kahn, he's a bad MF! Great list, I can't wait for the Shokan fatalities next. Especially to see where my underrated Sheeva's fatalities land on it.
An idea I had for a “bone arm” fatality was a fucked up version of love me not, but with limbs and “spare or kill” starting on spare.
So it would go:
Spare (off with an arm)
Kill (off with a leg
Spare (off with the other leg)
Kill (off with the other arm)
And ending with the head pop
i would like to see a bo’ rai cho, motaro, and rain fatalities

If i could name the fatalities, they would probably be Spire Spike for Corrupted Shinnok and End Of Time for Kronika.
