6:14 what happened was the leafeon had full charge on sun meter and when it’s full you’re able to basic attack and basically teleport to the enemy. Also nice game as always (but interesting lucario game) keep it up!
it takes a lot of effort and skill to make Lucario work on today's meta, New Pokemons are just much easier to use now (Gyarados, Armarouge, Ceruledge to name some). I doubt TiMi will do this but I really hope they rework the Year 1 pokemons since a lot of them has outdated skillsets.

Maybe you should try Power up punch and Close combat one day. Perhaps they will fit you better
